Reception service is very good and friendly. Room is clean with air purifier. Bed is comfortable. Variety of food choices are available Western or Asian.

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are comprehensive, with a gym and pool. Plus, there's free parking! It's conveniently located close to attractions like the Yellow River Estuary Wetland Park, Yellow River Delta Zoo, Yellow River Culture Museum, and Qingfeng Lake. Great location, easy to get around, highly recommended!

A hotel full of thoughtful details! The public areas are exquisitely maintained, and the rooms are spacious. The bathroom amenities are of good quality. When we needed something, housekeeping responded quickly, and the service was attentive yet unobtrusive. The location is convenient, with many dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, highly recommended.

My spouse and I visited Dongying on the 14th and stayed at the Wanda Realm Hotel. We had a great experience. As soon as we got out of the car, a young man came to help with our luggage. Both the front desk and lobby staff were very warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. It was a wonderful stay.

Our stay exceeded expectations! The hotel environment was elegant and clean, and the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The overall service was professional and thoughtful, truly living up to its five-star rating. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip ✨

The hotel environment is pretty good. I do have a genuine suggestion though: please replace the hairdryer. For such a large hotel, having such an old-fashioned hairdryer is just not practical, especially for someone with long hair! The staff chasing after good reviews was a real turn-off. I left a piece of clothing behind, and they did call me that same day to say they'd mail it to me, which I appreciated. However, a week passed and I still hadn't received it. When I inquired, it turned out they hadn't even sent it yet...

This is my go to hotel when traveling to Dongying. It's right next to the Wanda mall and it's a perfect place to get a taxi.

The surrounding commercial streets are fine. However, this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The front desk couldn't even recognize my loyalty program membership (Wyndham Rewards, I think?) based on my ID. They were incredibly slow and disorganized, even calling me back down to pay because they forgot to charge me initially. This kind of unprofessionalism would be unacceptable even for a small motel. The bathroom in my room constantly had a strange odor, and the room facilities were severely worn out – the tables, chairs, and windows showed obvious signs of age. And the breakfast area was swarming with flies! This was the absolute worst stay I've ever had at a Wanda Realm. No doubt about it! Before checking out, the front desk asked about my experience, and when I told them, their response felt equally rehearsed and insincere. Has Wanda Realm gone downhill, or is it just Dongying that's declining?

No way does this place deserve all those 10 star ratings.  Positives: in general it’s clean and feels new.  The bedrooms look pretty in the photos,same way a fitted bedroom looks good in an MFI or Courts catalogue. The poor bits. Booked an Executive Floor Room with Exec Longe access. Be aware that the Exectuve Floor Lounge on 19th floor is padlocked up and not in use.  Whilst the reception says you can use the lobby lounge - so can everyone else, including visitors as everything must be paid for. No free flow of tea and coffee during the working day, no evening snacks.  Worse, the air conditioning didn't work in the room: the corridors were nice and cool by comparison and room temp never fell below 26 degrees C.  Irritating rather than a deal breaker, despite prepaying for the stay, Hotel charges the equivalent of one night stay as additional deposit (full payment, not pre authorisation, so you has to waits awhile for the refund). Tried to check out after the 1 night stay (of three). Hotel said no and it went back and forth between trip.com (thank you for that: ********* came up trumps so gonna give them 4/5.  stars).  Eventually the hotel relented and was able to check out and only be charged the 1N at 3pm. I give the Wanda realm 2.5/5 stars. .PS Moved to the Holiday Inn Crown Plaza; not perfect, but lovely rooms with big terraces outside.
