Property was so much different from the website. Especially since it's in a gated community. Need many updates and friendly staff.

From the security guarded entrance to the friendly staff. My kids and wife enjoyed your property to the fullest. We have nothing negative to say. Thank you

The building itself is "run down" and needs a lot of upgrades, however, theveasin why I loved this stay is bc how clean are the rooms, the linens, towels, nothing smelled bad, they have a great cleaning crew and it made our stay worthy. Their staff is nice, helpful and friendly, would definitely return

Thank goodness we only booked one night. It was a girls day beach booking so we got there at noon and used the beach/pool amenities before checking in. There are quite a few Iguanas that live on the island in the pool and they get in the water which isn't the best. We did NOT get in the pool. The beach was nice and access to chairs are free. There was no staff to take our food/drink orders so you have to go to the pool bar if you want anything. When we checked in at 5, the room was decent, very outdated and small even though we booked a "Suite". We showered even though there was NO HOT WATER in the bathroom sink. We called to ask for more hand towels only to be told we could only have the amount of the people that were in the room. There are several restaurants off property that were great including a ******. Once we returned for the night, the beds were VERY HARD and we had a sheet with a very thin blanket. Needless to say, we slept on what felt like park benches with newspaper cover - very bad. They charge you if you stay past 11am check out time but we were up and out by 9am. Would NOT stay here again. The Embassy Suites is right next door and shares the same pool/beach so I would recommend that.

I stayed on the second floor.... The hallway rug was dirty, the walls as well as the rooms doors were rusty, moldy and in very bad shape. Apparently the room furniture was bought at the Salvation Army. These place is an expensive low income housing.... Do not stay here!!!!

The hotel and its amenities were beautiful. The beach access was super great. The lounge chairs on the beach need some tlc. The room was too wet. The moisture in the room made for a very wet and moist room. We were moved to another room but nothing changed. Our stay was short so we tolerated it. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The place is spectacular as it is on the ocean front, and plenty of pools to bask in the sunshine. Restaurants are accessible. However, they do not provide transport to the airport and the room(suite) had a sale odor to it, otherwise it was clean and spacious
