Hotel 4 bintang Dortmund yang Popular

Sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Vielen Dank.

Mein Aufenthalt fand im Dezember 2022 statt. 5 Nächte Lage und Hotel: Sehr ruhig, direkt gegenüber des BVB Fußballstadions. Messe, je nach Halle, in wenigen Metern erreichbar, U-Bahn Station zu Fuß 3-5 min entfernt. Service: Sehr freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus. Als ALL Gold Mitglied habe ich ein Upgrade (Vielen Dank ) auf ein Privilege Zimmer im 7. Stock (von 8 Stockwerken) bekommen. Zimmer: Sehr sauberes geräumiges Zimmer, ruhig gelegen. Der Stil der Einrichtung ist nicht mehr der allerneueste (zu Hause tauscht man die Möbel aber auch nicht alle 5 Jahre), aber der Zustand des Mobiliars war einwandfrei, keine Beschädigungen etc. In meiner Rate war die Minibar kostenlos (2x Wasser, 2x Bier, 2x Saft) und wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Frühstück: Beim Frühstücksbuffet waren alle wichtigen Bestandteile vorhanden: Div. Brotsorten / Brötchen, Marmeladen / Nutella / Honig, div. Wurst – und Käsesorten, Lachs, Bacon, Rührei und was sonst noch dazu gehört. Was es leider nicht gab, und was man in einem 4 Sterne Haus erwarten darf, ist frisch geschnittenes Obst (z.B. Melone, Ananas, Pfirsich etc) zum Frühstück. Es gab zwar eine Schüssel ungeschälter ganzer Äpfel und eine „Fertigobst Mischung“, das war aber schon sehr dürftig. Das können Motel One & Co mittlerweile mindestens genauso gut. Ebenso war die Präsentation des Buffet sehr funktional, wenig einfallsreich. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, mit kleinen Schwächen beim Frühstück.

Sehr geehrte Leserinnen und Leser, als unzufriedener Gast möchte ich gerne meine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel teilen. Zunächst muss ich sagen, dass die zentrale Lage des Hotels positiv ist. Auch die beeindruckende Eingangshalle aus rotem Marmor im orientalischen Stil hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Mein Zimmer im 5. Stock war angenehm groß und bot einen guten Ausblick auf die Stadt. Leider liegt das das Hotel an der Kreuzung zweier Hauptverkehrsstraßen. Dies bedeutet, dass der Verkehr rund um die Uhr sehr stark ist und insbesondere nachts, wenn die Poser-Szene hier ihre PS-starken Autos ausprobiert, I wurde dadurch nachts immer wieder geweckt. Auch die Austattung ist einfach und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gardine fiel mir sofort beim Aufziehen entgegen, da die Halterung defekt war und sich nicht mehr befestigen ließ. Das extrem hellhörige Zimmer war auch ein großes Problem, da ich jedes Geräusch aus den angrenzenden Zimmern hören konnte. Das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung, da minderwertige Waren verwendet wurden, die billigsten auf dem Markt erhältlich sind. Alles in allem war dies das letzte Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe. Am zweiten Tag bin ich morgens liebe in eine Bäckerei gegangen. Ich kann leider keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel aussprechen und rate potentiellen Gästen, sich nach einer besseren Option umzusehen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Ein unzufriedener Gast

Stayed here while attending Dortmund football match. Location : Great location, literally around the corner from main shopping district with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Great area. The underground train station is around the corner and the main train station about 20 mins walk or less. Rooms: Our room was nice (117) we had 3 in our party so the room had one double bed and a pull out sofa bed which was a double. It left the room with hardly any space to walk around so was quite tight. The decor was nice. However the seal on the window was damaged so you could actually feel the breeze getting in (during snow weather) The tv had only one English Channel so wasn’t great. BE WARNED check if there is any party’s or function on in the hotel if you are staying in this room as there was a party on while we stayed and literally felt like the dj was in our wardrobe the music was that loud. Singing and talking could even be heard clearly. I did say it to girl in reception the next morning and she apologised but literally got no sleep until music stopped. Bar/Food: We did not have dinner in the hotel restaurant so cannot comment. Restaurant decor was ok, very 1920’s feel. There is a very small bar that usually only opens from 5pm-12pm however one of the days they opened for us to have a drink at 3:30pm which was no bother for them, they were very nice and a special mention to Ben the new Barman from the UK. He’s great! Breakfast wasn’t great, but that may be just us that’s used to Irish style food. Not much hot food on offer, pancakes and plenty fab pastries though. If going to a Dortmund match : We travelled to Dusseldorf airport and got the sky train into the main train station on to Dortmund €16.50 each one way. It was difficult to find out correct trains ect as very bad signage at airport and trains so do your homework before you get there. It took us over an hour to figure it out. Train journey from airport was 50 mins. We got a taxi from our hotel to signal iduna park and it took 8 mins and costs €14. Easy to get taxis after match too which was surprising.

this hotel was so handy to the main roads but quiet enough to not think you were in a built up area. Hotel itself was lovely and clean. Staff were always very helpful and food was very good. Breakfast had plenty on offer whether you wanted hot or cold. Swimming pool was lovely and clean too and you can go straight to it from the lift on your floor which meant you could change in your own room for convenience and leave your valuables in your room. Plenty of towels there to use also or pick up at reception before hand. We would go back

I was a guest at the German Comic Con Limited Edition event at Westfallenhalle. The hotel is perfectly placed for the Centre as it is just a short walk away. I stayed in room 411 for two nights The room overlooks a busy road so you get the noise of traffic only when you open the window. The room was super clean and comfortable The air conditioning which was much needed during the heatwave was very effective - I had to turn it off! The bathroom is well lit with a walk in shower. In the morning there was an extensive breakfast buffet with a variety of cheeses, yoghurt, fresh fruit and a hot plate with bacon and eggs ..

Weird experience. I understand we are in Covid times but the service and offerings in the restaurant were very up and down. Food itself was good and tasty, but service levels made no sense. Getting a drink took forever, when the bar was empty, and the drip, drip of the food side plates and accompanied elements was bizarre. I can imagine this would be good, but I can only rate as I found this week

Hervorragendes Stadthotel in perfekter Nähe zur Innenstadt, zum Bahnhof sowie zum Deutschen Fußball-Museum! Wunderschöne, gemütlich eingerichtete Lobby und Bar. Außergewöhnliches, wunderbares, vielfältiges Frühstück bis 12:00 Uhr! Hier gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt! Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Absolutes Wohlfühl-Hotel. Wir können dieses Haus besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und haben hier als Familie (2 Erw. + 1 Kind) ein wunderbares Wochenende in Dortmund verbringen dürfen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Weiter so!

Also wo fang ich an… 1. das Haus sieht aus wie ein normales Haus nicht wie ein Hotel mitten in der Stadt 2. Der Empfang war nett 3. Das Zimmer sah sehr ansprechend aus modern und sauber 4. !!Muss ehrlich sagen nachts die Zimmernachbarn hatten Spaß waren ziemlich laut die Wand hat gewackelt sehr unangenehme Geräusche von nebenan gehört (könnt euch denken was ich meine ) kann ich aufjedenfall nicht empfehlen wenn man ein entspanntes Wocheende zu zweit haben möchte dachte einen Moment wäre im Laufhaus !! Deswegen alles war gut aber diese eine Sachen da ging garnicht sehr unangenehm
