This hotel seemed fine enough and it was until my second stay when I slept in my room all night and woke up to see something behind the nightstand. A stack of greasy plates with opened salt packets, 6 open tubs of peanut butter, a dirty diaper, used plasticware, a dirty open old yogurt container… all next to me while slept.
The breakfast in the morning is great as are the staff that tend to it, some front staff are far more welcoming than others, but the amount and type of trash that was left in my room from the last guest or who knows really spoils the whole thing.
The front desk said sorry and I had to call twice to have housekeeping done as I discovered the pile in the morning when I was hoping to use my morning time to get ready but instead waited for housekeeping to come remove a diaper with unknown human excrement in it and spoiled open dairy containers.

Love the free coffee, water and tea AND cookies
Front desk was very friendly and helpful
pool was great, hot tub was fabulous
really nice equipment in the gym, couldn't believe they gave out free headphones too and the cool towels were a nice touch
Room very spacious and clean
nice and quiet at night
Breakfast was awesome- very nice variety
looking forward to coming back in the summer for the outdoor pool area

Staff was friendly, breakfast was decent. Hot tub wasn't exactly "hot"- may need some maintenance as it was more like a pool temperature. The last night of my stay had a large group of YOUNG children, between ages of 6-13 next to my room. The parents were in a separate room and the noise between furniture banging around and kids screaming until after midnight. Would recommend not placing guests so close together with young kids unsupervised. Otherwise a great hotel- partially under construction but that wasn't an issue.

Not a bad stay for a decent price. Our room was on the 6th floor and was 76 degrees in February the entire time. There was nothing they could do as they don’t have AC.

Great front desk staff-very friendly ladies. Pool area could have been cleaner. Lots of hair, food on the floor. Nice pool towels and plenty of them. Thank you for that!

I’ve been booking this hotel when it was a Marriott for last 2.5 years. Very impressed on how overnight that Hampton staff improved the customer experience. Now exceptional coffee in the lobby all day and free parking. Often it is these simple basics that can keep consumers from shopping elsewhere. Well done! May be back next week.

Love this place very beautiful indoor/ outdoor pool area with hot tub, room are cleaned and comfortable, first desk agent Shirley was very helpful and knowledgeable about area surrounding the hotel , manager Stephanie is always available to assist you with your needs and questions

Mae, the desk host is amazing along with the African American girl that was working late on New Year’s Eve on 12/30/2023 who helped me get allergy medication. Our room was very well clean and met our expectations. The only reason why I did not give full starts on property conditions was because the pool staff closed the pool early and the pool floor felt like it need to be fix because you actually feel pieces on your feet along with the hot tub. But overall our stay was amazing and no bed bugs or anything of the sort! I definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again. My son and I were satisfied! & Happy New Year!
