Kitchenette floor dirty and worn, scratched furniture, no slippers, no drinking water, no iron, no hair balm, ... etc. A room on the ground floor (supposed to be a balcony) overlooking a neglected fence. door to the terrace opposite the bed (no privacy). The double bed is located next to the wall, which prevents easy access. It is dark both in the room and in the corridor. Pillows so flat (3 cm?) That they do not fulfill their role. No extra pillows. The desk clerk brought some pillows but stated that he would not bring slippers or other missing items because at 8pm (in a 4 star large hotel) there is no cleaning service. check in chaotic, not prepared, attempts were made to charge us for breakfast even though it was prepaid. The hotel arrogantly disregards all remarks. Of course, I could force a room change, but I was after a long journey and the next morning I had to leave early because I had to continue my journey. A self-respecting hotel does not offer such rooms to its guests. Of course, I did not live to see the slippers, etc., or even heard I'm sorry. There are many hotels in Dresden. It's worth choosing better
