I stai here 10 nights and my experience is very nice this is very clean everytime and the host is very helpful very good location i recommend this 😊thanks for Farhan is the best

Tidak dapat mendaftar masuk hotel dengan segera, tidak ada daftar masuk awal di hotel. Apabila tiba masa mesyuarat, ternyata mereka tidak melihat tempahan yang diperlukan dalam program mereka, secara amnya, tetapi program hotel tidak dapat melihat status tempahan semasa. Ini walaupun pada hakikatnya bilik itu telah dipesan ”Grand Deluxe”. Daftar masuk di hotel sangat teruk walaupun pembayaran dibuat seminggu lebih awal dan pengesahan telah diterima daripada pembekal. Atas sebab tertentu, hotel tidak menerima panggilan ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Tiada nombor tempatan, saya kini berada di kaunter penyambut tetamu sendiri, saya menghubungi nombor mereka, tetapi panggilan itu tidak masuk. Pasaran di hotel menjual sebotol air untuk 200 rubel, itu sahaja supaya jangkaan anda, untuk wang anda, adalah seteruk mungkin! Sangat tidak disyorkan, hotel terburuk dan pengalaman terburuk sepanjang tahun perjalanan ke Dubai.

There is a very good staff and the aparna in housekeeping is very helpful and very good hotel and near every thing is very good in hotel and very clean and there is a gym and good restaurant and a good coffee shop and all staff they want to help you a

I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.

It is a good hotel, although it was very late when we arrived that night, it was still very good reception, but the hair dryer was broken that night, and finally the hotel was replaced. But the requested slippers did not arrive. Call the front desk in the next few days, everything needed was delivered in time, and the attitude was very good, thank you very much. The hotel is well located with a swimming pool and beautiful public areas. Good price, highly recommend this hotel.

Number one tower hotel the location is very good and from here you get a great view of Burj Khalifa and sheikh zayed road.Front desk Staff are so helpful and they took very good care every guest stay there. Room are so speacios and well cleaned . Especially thanks to Orpa from reception for all time making my stay comfortable

Kapal hotel terletak di pelabuhan Rashid. Cara terbaik untuk ke sana adalah dengan teksi. Hotel ini menyediakan 3 pemindahan: pantai La Mer, Dubai Mall, Al Ghubaiba (metro, persiaran bersejarah, pusat membeli-belah). Pada waktu pagi adalah sukar untuk menghubungi teksi kakitangan hotel membantu dengan masalah ini.
