Pengalaman yang sangat baik.
1. Lokasi hotel sangat baik. Ia terletak kira-kira 5 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah, dan terdapat bas No. 81 di depan pintu, jadi ia sangat mudah untuk perjalanan walaupun anda tidak menaiki teksi. Ia mengambil masa kurang daripada 10 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke Emirates Mall.
2. Kemudahannya baik. Bilik ini agak luas, dan bilik mandinya sangat besar. Pilihan sarapan di tingkat satu sangat mewah Sesetengah orang mengulas bahawa mereka semua adalah ***a India, tetapi ini tidak berlaku. Apatah lagi di Timur Tengah jenis makanannya masih agak serupa. Dan di restoran di tingkat satu, untuk makan tengah hari dan makan malam, ahli IHG boleh mendapatkan diskaun, yang lebih menjimatkan kos.
3. Sikap perkhidmatan juga sangat baik. Sama ada di meja depan atau di restoran, semua orang tersenyum.

This is the best hotel apartment.we travel as a family both for a Bussiness and recreation everything was so cool inside the room there is everything you need from cooking supplies to washing machine everything! The front desk and every staff we met including the lifeguard in the pool side are so awesome friendly and down to earth a very welcoming ! our stay in this hotel is great it’s very near from metro station 10 minute walk from mall of emirates there shops ,super markets and affordable restaurants around we stayed for 23 days thanks Al Koory 💗

This hotel is situated in a really good location as it’s midway on the metro both ways. The station is insurance market also known as Mashreeq. I think that’s how you pronounce it. Lots of places to eats at affordable prices. Staff were very friendly & breakfast choice was very good.
The spa facilities are good not amazing but really sweet staff. Desperate women & men’s that I was really grateful for!

Hotel was east to get and close to Mashreq metro station. Soon as you walk in you can tell it’s a nice hotel. The check was quick, room was clean and large size. Hotel staff were very helpful and informative about breakfast and dining options. Breakfast was good value for money. Lots of options to choose from with live egg station to have what ever way you want your eggs cooked. Fried, boiled, poached, scrambled, omelette with different toppings. Only downside was there was an event on at the pool. So we couldn’t use it. They said we could enter the event but needed to pay 100 aed (£22). If not then need to go to other small pool. But was a good stay.

It's a treat for myself going this hotel. It's yearly I stay here to give time for myself after or before celebrating my birthday with my friends. Working in Dubai for 11 years and I'm creating good memories here so I choose to invest happiness not money. It's my heart decision and I'm comfortable to Stay in this hotel. Very accommodating, staff are kind and they wake up me with a surprise cake.. I wont forget the memories and happiness I invest here. Being alone doesn't mean we are unhappy. We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen with sea view. It was very well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The hotel has excellent facilities - large restaurant area, gym and swimming pool. Breakfast choice was superb. It is very well located - short walking distance to the Tram (Palm Jumeirah station) and the monorail to the Palm. Most notably are the hotel staff who were always welcoming, polite and helpful -especially Main at the hotel reception who was very helpful when we needed a doctor

Great hotel with wonderful rooms with full equipment for all the necessities (even with toaster and washing machine). Great service, tasteful breakfasts, nice staff. Especially I would like to thank wonderful receptionist Sree, she provided me with the best room available from my category with pretty view, which made my anticipated staying at the hotel even more delightful. Nice private beach in 2 minutes by walk. Also with good free wi-fi that you can connect from nearest cafes. I recommend Adagio Premium The Plam to everyone!

눀 – Exceeded expectation - best pet friendly hotel. My husband, pet parrot, and I recently stayed at VIDA Emirates Hills Hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The ambiance of the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast spread was lovely, surpassing all our expectations. Best part was the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. But what really stood out was the staff - they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, Every single staff member had a smile on their faces, which was very welcoming. We would highly recommend VIDA Emirates Hills to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Cheers to the whole team for the wonderful experience, well done and keep it up guys !

DdyhxAlways our choice hotel in Dubai as it's convenient (right behind Financial Centre metro station, 2 stops from Dubai World Trade Centre) and fits our requirements and budget well, where we could stay together but still each have our own room and space.
Rooms are spacious, basically apartment style, so it comes with a living room, kitchenette, and our 3 bedroom apartment came with 3 bathrooms each with a toilet and there's an additional separate guest toilet.
The restaurant at the lobby, Charlie's Lane, has pretty decent food for all day dining too.

The nerve of this hotel! After leaving an honest review about the poor service at the front desk, I was sitting in the lobby when the manager himself approached me. But instead of addressing the issue professionally, he threatened me for sharing my experience. I was shocked by the aggressive and disrespectful tone—especially towards a guest, and even more so towards a woman. If this is how they handle feedback, I can’t imagine what else goes on behind the scenes. Avoid this place at any costs.
