بكل ذكاء نظر صاحب المنشأة مانرجوه ومانحتاجه في الفنادق الأخرى وربما لايتحقق الا بصعوبة فحققه لنا في منشأته بكل بساطة ويسر إنها حقاً فكرة ريادية استطاعت ان تجذبنا اليها وان نعاود السكن فيها مرات عديدة وقد اوصيت اصدقائي باختيار المنشأة في اي مكان في العالم إنها حقاً رائعة

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

Very clean room and bathroom, good location, near downtown, hotel has shuttle to Dubai mall and beach 3 times in day Breakfast was good and complete but restaurant was very busy, The pool area is very beautiful and big and good bar, only the pool wasn't very clean The lobby of hotel are big and good design but the carpet needs to change or washing Staff are helpful

I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.

我和太太於2024年三月三十一日入住杜拜香格里拉酒店，第一印象已經非常滿意，酒店大堂寬敞、明亮、佈置幽雅！所有員工服務態度有禮、誠懇、細心！ 而最驚喜是把我們所訂的普通房間升級至豪華貴賓房，雖然當時祇是上午十一時許，他們一方面引領我們到41樓的休閑室，享受茶點，另一方面立即分配在40樓的貴賓房間給 我們休息，非常貼心！ 另外，我們也嘗試過酒店內著名的越南餐廳，食物不止多款式，而且味道美味、賣相亦吸引！ 總括逗留在酒店的三日兩夜，百份百有賓至如歸，甚至有點受龎若驚的感覺！哈哈！ 下次若有機會再來杜拜旅行，我們一定再選擇入住這香格里拉酒店！

Kapal hotel terletak di pelabuhan Rashid. Cara terbaik untuk ke sana adalah dengan teksi. Hotel ini menyediakan 3 pemindahan: pantai La Mer, Dubai Mall, Al Ghubaiba (metro, persiaran bersejarah, pusat membeli-belah). Pada waktu pagi adalah sukar untuk menghubungi teksi kakitangan hotel membantu dengan masalah ini. Untuk 50 dirham anda boleh mengambil bahagian dalam lawatan kapal, atau anda boleh berjalan-jalan sendiri dan melihat pameran muzium. Restoran, bar. Di dek bawah terdapat gim dan kolam renang mini.
