Hotel berhampiran Al Shera Tower, Dubai

Ia cukup bagus dalam semua aspek, tetapi ia agak kekurangan kakitangan. Sebagai contoh, semasa wabak, sarapan pagi di restoran lain dihidangkan oleh pelayan. Semua orang mengambilnya secara langsung. Saya menunggu untuk daftar keluar selama hampir satu jam, dan saya agak tidak berpuas hati. Tetapi pemandangan di luar tingkap cukup bagus. Terdapat sebuah roda Ferris yang besar, tetapi ia agak jauh untuk pergi; membeli-belah juga sangat mudah, dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke pantai. Ternampak bingkai gambar emas atas jalan🖼️, saya pun hantar pada semua untuk tengok ha, hehe

Мы проживали в отеле неделю в апреле. Начну, пожалуй, с еды. Сложно сказать, насколько был заселен отель, но на ужин только в один из дней мы пришли спустя 15 минут после его начала, и возникла проблема с тем, что еды просто уже не было, и однажды были на обеде, очень спешили, но спустя 20 минут нам только вынесли еду, поесть мы не успели, хоть и объясняли персоналу, что спешим, во все остальные дни подобных проблем не возникало. У нас были ужины и завтраки, подавали всегда примерно одно и тоже, но все, что было, было вкусным и полностью покрывало потребности в питании на отдыхе, да, никаких особых изысков не было, но всегда можно было найти, что съесть, и это совершенно точно было вкусным! Персонал отеля хоть и улыбчивый, но решать вопросы и проблемы с первого раза получалось не всегда, это касалось и проблем в номере, и ситуации на обеде, о чем писала выше, над этим руководству действительно следует задуматься. Если говорить о минусах- система кондиционирования хромает, сотрудник отеля помочь с ней нам тоже не смог, в итоге мы ее отключили вовсе, но при этом в номере всегда было прохладно, сантехника требует ремонта (у нас в номере рукоятка от крана просто отржавела и снималась при каждой попытке регулирования и включения воды), с этой проблемой мы обращаться не стали вовсе, потому что понимали, что переселяться не хотим, а во время нашего заезда проблема вряд ли решится. Два важных момента - рядом с отелем идет строительство нового отеля, поэтому завтраки сопровождались звуками перфоратора и прочих инструментов, днем мы в номере не бывали, вечером было уже тихо, второй- отель расположен рядом с мечетью, особенно это стоит учитывать тем, у кого чуткий сон. Все то, что я написала выше, может быть для кого -то важными критериями при выборе отеля, но для нас эти моменты хоть и отложились в памяти, но абсолютно не омрачили отдыха, потому что казались абсолютными мелочами, которые не перекрыли всех плюсов отеля, таких как: питание(все действительно было очень вкусным), шикарный вид из номера, прекрасное месторасположение отеля(до пляжа 30 минут медленным шагом, много супермаркетов поблизости, в шаговой доступности Марина молл и колесо обозрения, а также станция метро), наличие всех принадлежностей в номере и фена, ежедневная уборка, наличие кухни (включая микроволновку и всю-всю посуду), единственное, чего не хватало- сушилки, но все это решаемо, поэтому персоналу отеля большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых и процветания!

From handyman Emmanuel to the girl at the check in counter Nargiz, everything was delightful. Water pressure was great, hot showers and wifi worked well without the need for repeated reconnecting. The laundry room was a godsend. One of the most economical options in the heart of the trendiest and most upmarket districts in town, yet without any compromise on quality. A full and perfect score well and truly deserved.

You know that was not bad, location is convenient for business travelers get to the airport and some places you have to be, anyway I highly recommend it personally.

This hotel will do for a quick visit, only to sleep in for the night. However, that might not be possible as the rooms are not soundproof! You'd easily wake up by the sound of people walking in the corridor. There is no kettle in the room, and the tv does not offer a variety of channels to watch. The bed was comfy, but the bed sheet was stained! The AC in the room is easily adjustable and works fine. The area is far from the centre, so better check the places you want to visit. They've got a nice seating area outside.

Nice hotel overall. Nice rooms and amenities. My one issue is with some employees assumptions when they see a man and woman walking in the hotel and room together especially in the evening. And only seems to apply when a women is not wearing an abaya ‘’moderately dressed as some would call it’’ When in doubt simply be nice and tactful and ask nicely without the condescending tone and look. Remember hotel customers are the reason you have a job.

Tambahan: - perkhidmatan luar biasa - dari daftar masuk, restoran hingga pengemasan dan pekerja rencam - sangat bagus, cepat, cekap; terima kasih khas kepada Har **** Dhawan atas bantuan, pertolongan dan perkhidmatan reaktif yang hebat; - lokasi yang sangat baik - 5 minit dari Dubai Mall, 15 minit dari pantai Jumeirah dan Kite, 20 minit dari lapangan terbang, di tengah-tengah Business Bay yang terkenal; - pemandangan menakjubkan dari bilik, kolam renang, lif, restoran di hotel. Salah satu yang terbaik di Dubai. - katil yang sangat selesa dan bilik yang selesa; - kolam renang dan gimnasium yang sangat baik. - sarapan yang baik (mempunyai banyak pilihan - India, Cina, Barat dan lain-lain). - hotel di dalam mempunyai restoran hebat dan salah satu bar tertinggi di dunia - Vault. Overall, it's a good hotel. The bedroom and the bed were comfortable. The staffs were polite. But some disappointing drawbacks degraded the premium feeling that I should have had due to the price paid and the hotel 4 stars. The breakfast was generous but no self service coffee machine was available. If you want an espresso or anything but the low grade coffee from the pot, you'll need to ask for it. Unfortunately it's not advertised and some customers will not dare to ask for it. The room service could be improved: several times, the towel sets or the water bottles were not resupplied after the room was cleaned. The free access rooftop terrace and swimming pool were extremely appealing. From there, the view on the nearby Dubai Airport (DBX), is spectacular. There are several restaurants, fast foods and mini-marts near the hotel, but do not dare to bring back your McDonald combo or any other personal food and enjoy it on the hotel rooftop terrace. You will be quickly reminded by a security guy, appearing from nowhere, that no external food is allowed there. You will have to go back to your room to enjoy it, it's allowed there... From the hotel location it's convenient to visit the old Deira. To access the city downtown it takes approx. 30 minutes by taxi or more by metro. Count on a solid hour to reach Dubai Al Maktoum airport by taxi.

I stayed for one night on my own while my family joined me after a day. The bed is super comfortable and the room is lovely and spacious. The only thing I noticed is that the carpet had a stain from some type of food which was by the single seater couch. It’s not a big deal but it could have definitely been cleaned out before the next guest occupies the room. Great service and very friendly staff!
