Absolutely perfect stay as usual. from check in to check out was smooth and stay was very comfortable. ideal location for expo. highly recommend

Ini adalah hotel yang bagus di tecom, kakitangannya kadang-kadang kurang sopan tetapi tidak apa-apa jika anda memikirkan perniagaan anda sendiri, berhati-hati dengan internet, mereka mempunyai dua internet, premium dan percuma, pastikan anda menggunakan percuma kerana mereka boleh mengenakan bayaran kepada anda premium jika anda tidak pasti.

Rooms are ok… Washrooms are worse… sloppage is not correct and every time the bathroom gets filled on every bath.. Breakfasts selections are also worse.

Tidak dapat mendaftar masuk hotel dengan segera, tidak ada daftar masuk awal di hotel. Apabila tiba masa mesyuarat, ternyata mereka tidak melihat tempahan yang diperlukan dalam program mereka, secara amnya, tetapi program hotel tidak dapat melihat status tempahan semasa. Ini walaupun pada hakikatnya bilik itu telah dipesan ”Grand Deluxe”. Daftar masuk di hotel sangat teruk walaupun pembayaran dibuat seminggu lebih awal dan pengesahan telah diterima daripada pembekal. Atas sebab tertentu, hotel tidak menerima panggilan ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Tiada nombor tempatan, saya kini berada di kaunter penyambut tetamu sendiri, saya menghubungi nombor mereka, tetapi panggilan itu tidak masuk. Pasaran di hotel menjual sebotol air untuk 200 rubel, itu sahaja supaya jangkaan anda, untuk wang anda, adalah seteruk mungkin! Sangat tidak disyorkan, hotel terburuk dan pengalaman terburuk sepanjang tahun perjalanan ke Dubai.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته اما بعد فأنا ممتنة جزيل الشكل لكل طاقم الفندق الخوري سكاي جاردن دبي ديره بور سعيد على الخدمات السريعه والجيده وسلاسة المعاملة واشكر خصيصا الآنسة PARI على مجهودها التي قامت به تستحق الشكر الكبير لتعاونها و حسن اخلاقها. وخاصة واكرر على تعاونها وقيام بديكور الغرفة لي كهدية أقدمها لصديقتي يوم زواجها و في كل مره أزور فيها الفندق بكم كل الاحترام وجزيل الشكر . 值得一住滴迪拜市中心鉑爾曼酒店 整個迪拜行程有幾天在市中心，就選了這家鉑爾曼酒店入住，因為正好是暑假，房間價格相對友好，就乾脆選擇了哈利法塔景行政雙床，感覺還是不錯滴。 地理位置是相當不錯滴，打車去Dubai Mall起步價，晚上願意散步回酒店大約不行15分鐘，進出很便利。 服務人員都熱情友好，基本所有需求都能實時響應；房間不算大（可能是在市中心關係），設施齊全，就是設備可能有點老化，入住第一天洗手池下水不正常，晚上請了修理工還修了一刻鐘才好，後來浴簾又有點問題，自己出手解決了。 入住第二天送了個甜點拼盆，遠眺哈利法塔吃着甜點還是很愜意滴（雖然味道實在是太甜了）。 總體還是很不錯滴，特別是對於早出晚歸滴旅行者來說。

It's a new, clean hotel near the metro station (World Trade Centre), but they didn't have a non-smoking room when I checked in, plus the breakfast could be more than that. The receptionist Esther was nice.

I would give Residence Hotel by Marriott, Al Jaddaf 1000/10 stars!! ✨✨✨ There is honestly Not One single fault from the beginning of my stay to the end that can I can mention. Residence Inn is the main reason why my stay in Dubai was so memorable and filled with happy memories and positive vibes , as from the minute I made a reservation with Ms Temnit, everything was so smooth ,friendly. Her kind demeanor made her feel as if she was my long time friend, she made sure that I was pleased from the get go, and went the farthest to ensure my happiness. Ms Heida and the front desk are always very helpful and considerate. Ms Frauke, Director of the hotel, is so down to earth and connects with the guests on a personal level. She has such an amicable personality, and is constantly seen during the breakfast, making sure that we are all happy and listens to every single need no matter how big or how small. Speaking of breakfast, you will not find a fresher, more delicious , wide array of a delicious breakfast buffet. Also the most wonderful team I have ever met , head by Mr. Pankaj and his colleagues, including Ms Sarah and Mr. Silver, who are the most kind, gentle , caring and patient people I have ever met in any hotel in the world that I have ever stayed in. Housekeeping is top notch ! And not a single fault ! All thanks to Ms. Janet and her great management of her wonderful, kind, professional housekeeping team. In addition of course to comfortable beds , spacious kitchen, complete with all amenities, everything was running smooth and professional without even me having to mention anything. And as if it couldn’t get any better, they planned a pleasant surprise which made us so happy when we came back at night to our room to find that they had arranged a special surprise for me and my husband for our wedding anniversary. My kids were so delighted, and I was beyond words ! When I return to Dubai, there is no way I would ever consider staying at another hotel, and I strongly advise anyone who wants to have a relaxing trip and a good time to book a room here so they won't have any worries or issues at all. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Marriot and Residence Inn for such a fantastic staff to maintain this hotel's position as the best in the world. I genuinely believe that everyone here is family, and I’m certain that my needs are being watched after and met in a manner that is both 100% welcoming and professional.

Pengalaman itu bagus. Kakitangan sangat baik dan akomodatif tetapi saya tidak diberikan bilik dengan balkoni yang saya harapkan dan TV itu bukan tv pintar terdapat 2 orang di dalam bilik tetapi kami tidak dapat menggunakannya kerana salurannya dalam bahasa arab dan kita tidak dapat memahaminya. Sila jadikan tv anda untuk kegunaan semua bukan sahaja untuk mereka yang berbahasa arab. Tempat itu bersih dan dengan ruang yang besar. Ia adalah selesa.
