Hotel berhampiran Bay Central, Dubai

It was my second stay at this hotel. Perfect as it was before. Large rooms. Tasty breakfast. Great service. And perfect location - 1 kin from metro station DMCC, 15 min walking from JBR beach.

I reserved a room at this hotel towards the end of my business trip, and I must say it was a strategically located gem. Situated conveniently between DMCC and Shoba metro stations, it offered excellent connectivity to public transport. A delightful park right behind the hotel added to the overall appeal. The room itself was more than satisfactory—clean and well-maintained. While my stay mostly consisted of the nights alone, the view from my room was truly breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel's first floor housed several restaurants, including a delightful Thai eatery. The efficiency and friendliness of the housekeeping and reception staff were commendable, making my overall experience superlative. However, my sole concern arose when attempting to order late in-room dining from the restaurant. It required a call to the reception to facilitate contact, which, while a minor inconvenience, was the only hiccup in an otherwise flawless stay.

The location of the hotel was on the JLT and there is DMCC metro station right in front. Parking only Valet available and you need to wait a bit if the security is busy with some other guest… Receptionist were okay… it is the same thing always in Dubai… “attitude”… Facilities were good especially the gym and sauna… There were a lake next to the hotel where you could walk around in the evening… Many options for the food around… JBR and Marina are very close by.

Сложно сказать, насколько был заселен отель, но на ужин только в один из дней мы пришли спустя 15 минут после его начала, и возникла проблема с тем, что еды просто уже не было, и однажды были на обеде, очень спешили, но спустя 20 минут нам только вынесли еду, поесть мы не успели, хоть и объясняли персоналу, что спешим, во все остальные дни подобных проблем не возникало. У нас были ужины и завтраки, подавали всегда примерно одно и тоже, но все, что было, было вкусным и полностью покрывало потребности в питании на отдыхе, да, никаких особых изысков не было, но всегда можно было найти, что съесть, и это совершенно точно было вкусным! Персонал отеля хоть и улыбчивый, но решать вопросы и проблемы с первого раза получалось не всегда, это касалось и проблем в номере, и ситуации на обеде, о чем писала выше, над этим руководству действительно следует задуматься. Если говорить о минусах- система кондиционирования хромает, сотрудник отеля помочь с ней нам тоже не смог, в итоге мы ее отключили вовсе, но при этом в номере всегда было прохладно, сантехника требует ремонта (у нас в номере рукоятка от крана просто отржавела и снималась при каждой попытке регулирования и включения воды), с этой проблемой мы обращаться не стали вовсе, потому что понимали, что переселяться не хотим, а во время нашего заезда проблема вряд ли решится. Два важных момента - рядом с отелем идет строительство нового отеля, поэтому завтраки сопровождались звуками перфоратора и прочих инструментов, днем мы в номере не бывали, вечером было уже тихо, второй- отель расположен рядом с мечетью, особенно это стоит учитывать тем, у кого чуткий сон. Все то, что я написала выше, может быть для кого -то важными критериями при выборе отеля, но для нас эти моменты хоть и отложились в памяти, но абсолютно не омрачили отдыха, потому что казались абсолютными мелочами, которые не перекрыли всех плюсов отеля, таких как: питание(все действительно было очень вкусным), шикарный вид из номера, прекрасное месторасположение отеля(до пляжа 30 минут медленным шагом, много супермаркетов поблизости, в шаговой доступности Марина молл и колесо обозрения, а также станция метро), наличие всех принадлежностей в номере и фена, ежедневная уборка, наличие кухни (включая микроволновку и всю-всю посуду), единственное, чего не хватало- сушилки, но все это решаемо, поэтому персоналу отеля большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых и процветания!

The hotel is in walking distance to the JBR Beach and Marina. About 15/20 minutes, the hotel provides a regular bus shuttle if you are not up fir the walk. The staff where welcoming, professional and helpful with any queries we had about the hotel, getting around. Muhammed the tour organiser helped us book two excellent tours, half day tour of Dubai catered to our wishes and the VIP trip to Burj Khalifa. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. restaurant on site lots of choices for breakfast buffer and evening meal.Easy to get to Dubai Central. I woukd stay here again.

Highly recommended, i booked 1 night with half board, i really liked everything there, for me it was beyond perfection, starting from check in process with Irene who was very professional,helpful and friendly ; moreover , the room was really very clean and good with amazing view , thanks for the housekeeping either. Then i had my dinner at UBK bar which had wonderful vibes and friendly staff as well as the breakfast which i had at Nosh restaurant and it was more than wonderful thanks to Chef Ajay and Chef Purshu for the delicious breakfast. It contained a wide variety of different dishes .Definitely i enjoyed it and will be back very soon

The hostel offers a variety of amenities that are perfect for couples. The shared kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals together, which was a lovely experience. We also enjoyed the common areas, which had a laid-back atmosphere conducive to meeting other travelers while still being able to retreat as a couple.

Saya tiba di hotel selepas berjalan kaki selama kira-kira 10 hingga 15 minit dari stesen terdekat. Meja penyambut tetamu segera menjaga saya, dan saya membayar deposit sebanyak 200 AED, dan kerana ia adalah hotel 4 bintang, saya membayar penginapan. cukai sebanyak 15 AED secara tunai. Bilik itu bersih, air panas keluar dengan cepat, dan tekanan airnya baik. Terdapat bangunan tinggi lain seperti hotel dan pejabat di kawasan sekitar. Apabila saya berjalan-jalan untuk pergi. membeli-belah di pasar raya, ia agak dekat, jadi saya membeli beberapa makanan dan barangan lain, dan terdapat stesen daftar keluar sendiri. Ia adalah pembelian yang lancar, dan terdapat kafe berdekatan, jadi ia adalah ruang yang santai untuk tinggal. Secara keseluruhan, saya boleh mengesyorkan hotel ini.

The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!
