My husband and I were lucky enough to stay in the Dubai International Hotel on our way out and back from a holiday in Nepal. It is the perfect place to make a connection between flights. The rooms and bathrooms are large, very clean and well equipped, especially when you do not have access to your checked-in luggage. While we were in the hotel, we used the restaurant on the Executive Floor. It is a splendid facility. The food is outstanding. I was particularly impressed with the puy lentil salad, and the wonderful creme brulee. But what was so remarkable was the efficiency and courtesy of the staff. We would particularly like to mention Hein - he was really keen to ensure that we enjoyed our meals, and served everything faultlessly.

This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.

**Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

Kapal hotel terletak di pelabuhan Rashid. Cara terbaik untuk ke sana adalah dengan teksi. Hotel ini menyediakan 3 pemindahan: pantai La Mer, Dubai Mall, Al Ghubaiba (metro, persiaran bersejarah, pusat membeli-belah). Pada waktu pagi adalah sukar untuk menghubungi teksi kakitangan hotel membantu dengan masalah ini. Number one tower hotel the location is very good and from here you get a great view of Burj Khalifa and sheikh zayed road.Front desk Staff are so helpful and they took very good care every guest stay there. Room are so speacios and well cleaned . Especially thanks to Orpa from reception for all time making my stay comfortable

If you intend to stay at Palm Jumeirah the entire duration, the location would make sense. If you're going in and out of Palm Jumeirah, then be prepared for some traffic during peak hours or even to the point of not being able to book a taxi when you need to get out! Amenities were not replenished daily - toothbrush, razors, for example. We had to ask each day. Kinda odd for a hotel. Service crew were polite and helpful - especially at breakfast! Cafe crew was also excellent. My 11-year old went to Ripples Bar to get a scoop of vanilla ice cream one eveing and the wait staff at the Ripples Bar, told her, its a treat for little children on Christmas Day, which made her day! Kudos for that! We were hoping for a high floor - with a view but we were on the 3rd floor with a partially blocked view (we saw most of a balcony top) despite paying for a sea view.

Very clean room and bathroom, good location, near downtown, hotel has shuttle to Dubai mall and beach 3 times in day Breakfast was good and complete but restaurant was very busy, The pool area is very beautiful and big and good bar, only the pool wasn't very clean The lobby of hotel are big and good design but the carpet needs to change or washing Staff are helpful
