Hotel berhampiran Desert Safari Camp, Dubai

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Dubai as it is very close to the airport including a convenient shuttle service at any time. The metro station is quite close too, it can be reached by foot in 5 minutes and is well connected to famous sights of Dubai. The hotel itself was very quiet, the room was modern and nice, personal very friendly, AC working fine. Breakfast was ok in general, but the local food at breakfast was quite good. Would definitively recommend and stay there again.

It has been a fun & relaxing long weekend for me and my friends at Grand Mercure! I made two bookings separately and in separate days but they managed to grant my request for an interconnecting room. Despite the large number of visitors due to the holiday, the amenities are not as crowded as they have two pools although one is open from 8AM-3PM and the other 3PM-10PM. Pool towels are only available from 10AM onwards though 😬 Breakfast is really good too. We stayed for 5 days and the variety is great that we're not fed up by it even on our last day. They have a live egg station, with continental food and middle eastern as well. They have cold cuts, salad bar, and pastry section as well. They also have a nice coffee machine with various kinds of coffee and their staff are very attentive to accommodate all the guests. Best time is from 7-9AM. We once went at quarter to 10 and it was really crowded by then. As for the room, of course it did not disappoint for a 5-star hotel. It's equipped with its own coffee machine and coffee pods, towels, ironing board, iron, slippers, and set of toiletries. There was a problem with the chromecast in the tv but their engineer was amazing enough to lend us an external adapter and HDMI cable for our entire stay. I bought my own adapter as they said they need to collect it the next morning but they graciously left it with us for the rest of our stay and didn't bother to collect it. It's good to take note that Grand Mercure and Ibis (which is in the same building) are both dry hotels and do not offer alcohol. The nearest pub is in Millenium Hotel around 5-10 min away. All in all, we definitely recommend Grand Mercure and always come back here whenever we need a relaxing staycation. Thank you Grand Mercure! 🌟

Hotel amenities are great and clean. definitely get the breakfast for your stay because it’s totally worth it! Also near the metro station so basically very accessible.

Like always very good level of service from Rove staff and facilities, young waiters from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan helped a lot, make you feel like at home.

It's few hundred meters to nearly 1 km to the exhibition center. There's a wide road and you need to walk to the roundabout if you want to walk to the exhibition center. If you want to take the taxi, the hotels located on the wrong side of the traffic flow and therefore the taxi need to drive extra distance to turn back to the exhibition center. Good side is that there's is convenient store at G floor of the hotel.

Rove Downtown is a great hotel, and the location is just perfect! It's only a 12-minute walk from Dubai Mall. The staff is friendly and always willing to help out and answer all your questions. There's also a shuttle bus that you can use to go to different places in Dubai, which made our stay so much easier. The hotel has a convenient store where you can even buy some fruit, in case you don't want to go to the restaurant in the morning. The pool view is the Burj Kalifa, and the gym is open 24/7. Highly recommend it!

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang tenang namun bising, dengan lokasi yang sederhana, berhampiran dengan pusat membeli-belah Dubai dan Muzium Masa Depan Persekitaran yang baik dan terdapat banyak restoran. Bilik bersih, perkhidmatan bilik sangat baik, sarapan pagi sangat baik, dan makanan dan perkhidmatannya sempurna. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah mengambil masa yang lama untuk mendapatkan bilik dengan pemandangan yang lebih baik pada keesokan harinya semasa mendaftar masuk. Kecekapan menjawab telefon di kaunter penerimaan tetamu perlu dipertingkatkan, dan lobinya kecil dan gelap. Walau apa pun, kepuasan dengan bilik dan restoran lebih daripada menebus kekurangan yang lain. Tidak buruk👍 Saya akan memilih hotel ini pada masa akan datang dan mengesyorkannya kepada rakan-rakan saya. Terima kasih kepada semua kakitangan sarapan pagi untuk perkhidmatan yang hebat, senyuman yang ikhlas, ucapan yang baik, perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, dan restoran yang saya akan rindui. I liked the hotel. I recommend it. Special thanks to the hotel employee Aibek. He helped out many times and was always responsive to all requests and our difficulties with the language barrier. The transfer is excellent, the driver is a friendly professional and keeps the bus clean and at a comfortable temperature! food for 12 days I'm a little tired of the monotony. It’s pleasant to walk there, everything is accessible on foot. The metro is nearby on foot in 4 minutes and from there there is a comfortable passage with air conditioning to the Dubai Mall. From the hotel on the left side behind the Coca-Cola arena we found a wholesale store - prices for everything there are 5 times cheaper, it’s a pity we found out in recent days. McDonald's next to the mosque, walk between low-rise townhouses, ice cream 2 dirhams).rove keeps its style and it's nice - I'll definitely be back!
