Just normal hotel

I landed at midnight and wanted an affordable hotel near the airport before moving to the Marina area, however, this was 8km away, so not as close as I initially thought but near enough. I got an upgrade as I was staying one night only. The room was huge so no complaints there. Many restaurants nearby which are open during the night, however this hotel is not central so you’ll end up paying a lot in taxis as there is no metro option near by. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of local and international dishes. Lovely chill out areas in the hotel, unfortunately I didn’t have time to view the pool or gym. Good hotel with lovely staff.

Loved the ambience and architecture of the whole place. The modern art embedded into the architecture of the rooms and hotel is pretty appealing to look at. An additional option I really liked was the express checkout & self parking.

Really cute apartment /rooms .. We’ve been there for like 8 days -it’s clean and nice ! The receptionist both of them day shift /night shift were super friendly !they helped us soo much!thank you again for that great service we really appreciated that !the housekeeping was nice as well !!its a lil but far /but also u can save some money cause they have some really nice fares !

A Unique Jumeirah hotel with a modern hybridized Artisan theme

This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.

Kapal hotel terletak di pelabuhan Rashid. Cara terbaik untuk ke sana adalah dengan teksi. Hotel ini menyediakan 3 pemindahan: pantai La Mer, Dubai Mall, Al Ghubaiba (metro, persiaran bersejarah, pusat membeli-belah). Pada waktu pagi adalah sukar untuk menghubungi teksi kakitangan hotel membantu dengan masalah ini. Untuk 50 dirham anda boleh mengambil bahagian dalam lawatan kapal, atau anda boleh berjalan-jalan sendiri dan melihat pameran muzium. Restoran, bar. Di dek bawah terdapat gim dan kolam renang mini. Sarapan pagi yang baik. Bilik (kabin) selesa. Tambak pelabuhan telah diubah suai - dengan kafe, restoran, pasar mini dan gelanggang tenis.

I have been a loyal guest at ALL(Accor) for several years, but my recent stay was quite disappointing, and a significant departure from the high standards I have come to expect. Upon arrival, I faced a frustrating delay in check-in. Despite having called the hotel beforehand to confirm my booking, I was made to wait until 4:00 PM to get into my room. This was particularly inconvenient as I had a long journey and needed to freshen up before a scheduled event. Adding to the frustration, a special request I made a week prior to my stay was completely ignored. When I brought this up at the front desk, not only did they claim they had no record of my request, but the manager's response was surprisingly rude and dismissive. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was deeply disappointing. The problems did not end there. The checkout process was equally cumbersome and time-consuming. It took much longer than it should have, adding unnecessary stress to the end of my trip. Overall, my recent experience at Mercure Mina Gold was far below par. The combination of delayed check-in, unacknowledged special requests, and an inefficient checkout process overshadowed the positive experiences I've had here in the past. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to restore the quality of service that regular guests like myself expect and deserve. Until then, I regret to say that I will be reconsidering my options for future stays.
