Brilliant airport hotel, staff and service fantastic, poolside clean and enjoyable.

Very welcoming, staff and management really go the extra mile for the guests. Show tremendous understanding, in a most comfortable atmosphere that puts the guest at ease. The layout facilitates contact among the guests, so that this hotel is a very good place to make friends and contacts. The restaurants are of impeccable quality as well. Can't get better value for money.

This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.

**Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

A great hotel with great staff, food and gym! We had an event in the conference centre and they took exceptional care of us! Special mention to Advil who always was welcoming and to care of me at breakfast!!! All of the staff were kind and accommodating! Hope to return soon

Hotel ini menyediakan 3 pemindahan: pantai La Mer, Dubai Mall, Al Ghubaiba (metro, persiaran bersejarah, pusat membeli-belah). Pada waktu pagi adalah sukar untuk menghubungi teksi kakitangan hotel membantu dengan masalah ini. Untuk 50 dirham anda boleh mengambil bahagian dalam lawatan kapal, atau anda boleh berjalan-jalan sendiri dan melihat pameran muzium. Restoran, bar. Di dek bawah terdapat gim dan kolam renang mini. Sarapan pagi yang baik. Bilik (kabin) selesa. Tambak pelabuhan telah diubah suai - dengan kafe, restoran, pasar mini dan gelanggang tenis.

我和太太於2024年三月三十一日入住杜拜香格里拉酒店，第一印象已經非常滿意，酒店大堂寬敞、明亮、佈置幽雅！所有員工服務態度有禮、誠懇、細心！ 而最驚喜是把我們所訂的普通房間升級至豪華貴賓房，雖然當時祇是上午十一時許，他們一方面引領我們到41樓的休閑室，享受茶點，另一方面立即分配在40樓的貴賓房間給 我們休息，非常貼心！ 另外，我們也嘗試過酒店內著名的越南餐廳，食物不止多款式，而且味道美味、賣相亦吸引！ 總括逗留在酒店的三日兩夜，百份百有賓至如歸，甚至有點受龎若驚的感覺！哈哈！ 下次若有機會再來杜拜旅行，我們一定再選擇入住這香格里拉酒店！

There is a very good staff and the aparna in housekeeping is very helpful and very good hotel and near every thing is very good in hotel and very clean and there is a gym and good restaurant and a good coffee shop and all staff they want to help you a

Took a staycation holiday at the Palm and it was wonderful. The theming inside the hotel is gorgeous and the pool area is very pretty. I would advise couple travellers to think about the time they book as it can get really busy with families and small children that can influence the vibe. Food here is very overpriced and being so far away can make you feel trapped into buying very expensive meals. We went to Jamie Oliver’s Street Pizza restaurant which comps your meal if you make a new record of slices in your meal. I set two new records and had a meal comped for myself and my fiancé. We did buy a pin-a colada in a pineapple each at the bar and though it was very expensive for a drink, it was probably the best pin-a colada I ever had. The service can get tedious as you are asked at every corner of the hotel for your room number, I guess they have issues with people from the Waterpark trying to sneak into the hotel. The waterpark was a bit of a safety hazard but I’m sure a great day out with the kids. We had a great time, however I think for what we were looking for we would have preferred a more intimate getaway at a shangri-la for the price.
