I booked this hotel based on its proximity to Dubai airport terminal 2. It's a good hotel for short stays. Rooms are clean with decent beds, soft pillows, and clean white sheets. Breakfast has good varieties and staff are very friendly. The downside is that shower gels, shampoos, and conditioners are in bottles mounted on the shower wall and they have been adjusted to spit out minimum amount. It may take a few minutes and an insane number of pumps to get something out of them. You will definitely get tired. It's just the strategy to save money on amenities.The towels are old and turned gray. Water pressure is not good and the water turns cold and hot every 20 seconds. There's no slippers, dental kit, etc. in the room and you have to ask for, which needs more calls to get them to your door. I personally do not see it as a Hilton hotel and this is also reflected in the booking price. Overall, I do not mind staying there as it's convenient for my stopover in Dubai and will definitely book again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before and love it, not only because of its proximity to the airport, but also because of the Al Seef promenade. You have excellent restaurants close by and the stroll along the promenade at night is just amazing. Away from the fuzz and buzz!! I was a bit disapponted with the breakfast this time as in the 3 days they did not offer Humus, which is a must in Dubai. I hope the include it again!!!!

Overall it was a nice stay,very accessible to the metro station and to other adjacent tourist attractions. They have also nice food choices and we enjoyed the roof deck pool before sunset. The staffs are also accommodating and exceptional customer service. We will definitely go back to this property 😍😊Thank you for the very warm and comfy ambience.

All in all great experience with a few issues mentioned at the end. Helpful staff, especially valet parking, luggage service, early check-in for us free of charge, early breakfast packaging for check-out and so on. Location is also very central (of course convenient only by car or taxi/Uber). Arslan from breakfast is excellent and friendly. He does his job perfectly. Also Raj from the garage (delivery point) is very nice, helpful and cheers you up each time you meet him. Abdullah from housekeeping (room cleaning) is the best I have seen in hotel service in his position. Fast, efficient, friendly and down to earth. A few issues: Elevators take a LONG time to arrive. Although most breakfast service people are great, a few times they forgot your orders, bring wrong ones, etc. TV is very dim, sound is very low and the broadcasting from an iPhone only works half of the time with lots of disconnections. Bathrobes had to be requested explicitly a couple of times (since forgotten), the reception only had 1-2 people and almost always busy with another guest which means waiting time. All in all a great experience and for Christmas and new year's time, we found a relatively good price for a 5-star hotel at this time. Recommended!

My wife and I just came back from Cancún, Mexico. We stayed at the Vida Hills. The Origin Restaurant food was amazing. Every single staff was amazing. Snehal from restaurant she made us feel very welcome. Origin restaurant was excellent. The Buffet was excellent. The pool life guard staff could have been more friendly.Keep up the good work guys.

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay in the Dubai International Hotel on our way out and back from a holiday in Nepal. It is the perfect place to make a connection between flights. The rooms and bathrooms are large, very clean and well equipped, especially when you do not have access to your checked-in luggage. While we were in the hotel, we used the restaurant on the Executive Floor. It is a splendid facility. The food is outstanding. I was particularly impressed with the puy lentil salad, and the wonderful creme brulee. But what was so remarkable was the efficiency and courtesy of the staff. We would particularly like to mention Hein - he was really keen to ensure that we enjoyed our meals, and served everything faultlessly.

Took a staycation holiday at the Palm and it was wonderful. The theming inside the hotel is gorgeous and the pool area is very pretty. I would advise couple travellers to think about the time they book as it can get really busy with families and small children that can influence the vibe. Food here is very overpriced and being so far away can make you feel trapped into buying very expensive meals. We went to Jamie Oliver’s Street Pizza restaurant which comps your meal if you make a new record of slices in your meal. I set two new records and had a meal comped for myself and my fiancé. We did buy a pin-a colada in a pineapple each at the bar and though it was very expensive for a drink, it was probably the best pin-a colada I ever had. The service can get tedious as you are asked at every corner of the hotel for your room number, I guess they have issues with people from the Waterpark trying to sneak into the hotel. The waterpark was a bit of a safety hazard but I’m sure a great day out with the kids. We had a great time, however I think for what we were looking for we would have preferred a more intimate getaway at a shangri-la for the price.
