Ulasan Vida Creek Beach Hotel

Love everything in Vida for many reasons - location wise very quiet, not that close to the main spots, but it’s fine because no one walk under Dubai’s sunlight☀️Up-scale and tasteful interior, also super happy with the pool, we had a (unexpectedly) blast soaking in the water. Stayed for a week as business trip, and felt very welcome away from home.

This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. Make sure you say Vida Creek Beach hotel to the taxi driver not just Vida Creek because they are different properties.

New hotel, modern, good for price value and Friendly staff. Need to be coffee machine in the room.

Excellent recently opened. Very clean and nice. Breakfast was decent but should be cheaper. Miss. Nathan at night in the reception was very friendly and answered all my enquiries. Would stay here again.

We reached there at 6PM, totally tiered and was expecting a comfortable room will be waiting for us. But it took about an hour for the staff to make the room ready. Don’t know what they had to do. After an hour of staying at reception we finally reached in room and saw both beds were joined. We requested them again to make twin beds as separate. It again took a long. All were good but services was below average

L’hôtel est magnifique la chambre aussi, le personnel du restaurant du petit déjeuner une catastrophe le jeune homme et sa collègue sont très méchant et nous montre qu’on les dérange. J’ai eu un problème avec ma réservation trip j’ai payer la chambre avec petit déjeuner mais arriver à l’hôtel on me dit que le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclus dans ma réservation et trip me demande de payer encore une fois pour être remboursé le service client trip est catastrophique je pense ne plus réserver avec eux. Il ont menti en disant qu’il avais contacter l’hôtel alors que l’hôtel n’a jamais eu d’appel

價格合理，跟服務環境匹配，早餐好吃，談不上豐富，但是都是家裡人愛吃的，服務非常好👌比起附近之隔的另一個 VIDA 服務好太多了。這裏的人非常熱情，服務非常好。對客人的訴求很快響應，打掃衞生真乾淨，我每天都會適當給小費，也會給代泊小費。因為服務很真誠。大家訂酒店前如果選擇這附近兩家相鄰的葳達，一定認真看看我的評價。兩家客房內陳設不相上下，但是另外一家 VIDA看人下菜體驗感極差。
