The service at reception and from all the staff has been very positive. The pool is great.

Location: Very close to metro station(red line), easy to travel by metro. 15 minutes walk to Mall of Emirates. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Room: Clean and Spacious room.

The hotel is situated just outside metro station 33 and within walking distance of the mall. Staff is very friendly and wifi makes working easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable with desk, sofa and chair. Fridge and kettle are also supplied as is daily water. There is a supermarket 3 minutes from hotel (left on exit) and there are a number of restaurants around. Breakfast is offered on the ground floor, as it was free it was fine but better coffee would be appreciated. There is also a swimming pool, sauna and massage on the top floor which was very convenient. The price was reasonable and good value for money, would certainly return.

Excellant location just opposite metro station. Can purchase breakfast on site which is in fact cheaper than purchase online.

お部屋は広いですが2つあるバスルームのひとつは 床は清掃されておらず髪の毛や 前の宿泊者のものと思われるアメニティの ゴミが落ちていました。。 朝食を40ディラハムで追加しました。 駅は目の前ですが朝食をとれるような場所は ホテル以外にはありません。 駅は目の前、スーパーまで徒歩2分、２４時間営業、 エミレーツモールまでは徒歩15分、 立地は良いです。 スタッフも親切でした。

Самый главный плюс, это расположение отеля. Станция метро в 1 минуте ходьбы, рядом есть кафе, небольшие супермаркеты. В Дубай езжу часто и всегда первым делом мониторы цену на размещение в Rose Park Al Barsha. За последний год суммарно останавливались в нем около 8 раз. Неплохой бассейн. Вежливый персонал.

第一印象不是太好，感覺像旅舍或旅館之類，完全不是香港四星級酒店的質素，與期待有點落差。 早餐選擇不多，味道也不算很好，不建議加購。最好吃的是現炒奄列吧！想在酒店吃早餐的話，建議到達酒店後即場加錢，因為比網上預訂便宜。 住了幾天其實尚可吧，能洗澡能睡覺就好了。如果你對酒店沒有特別大的期望，像我一樣認為酒店是洗澡和睡覺的地方，這裏其實還不錯的。 最大優點是位於地鐵站對面，坐地鐵去不同的旅遊景點挺方便的！
