Location was great but the service and amenities were not up to the mark - we didn’t get any help with the luggage and the room only had super hot water coming out of all taps, no normal/ cold water.

It is one of the worst places in Dubai by far. I was placed into a run down room which was damp and dirty then woken up by reception saying there was emergency so I had to change rooms. They placed me in a room which was even worse smelling of actual sewage in master bedroom that I had to sleep in the lounge area. I asked to leave as I did not want to swap second time. They kept offering room change and I ended up checking out early to book another hotel. They refused any refund and were absolutely careless. Avoid at all costs, you will regret it even if it seem like a good price. The whole place is run down, not well maintained and facilities are well below average, lobby is absolutely trash.

Pros - excellent location Cons - room and furniture are aged, towels not clean, room is smelly, staffs not communicate well in English. not recommended

The condition of the two bedroom apartment that i stayed in in 2609 was pretty used and not well maintained. Stains on curtains, chipped dining table, worn-off sofas, some lights not working etc... Pillows were way too soft. Topped up money to get the Burj Khalifa view from balcony but the view of it was not worth the amount topped up.

Great location! Clean and tidy rooms with good room service. Receptionists are very kind and helpful. Had a wonderful stay in the heart of Downtown Dubai for 5 days. Price is very reasonable and worth. Thanks!

Staffs are very helpful and friendly, the room is spacious and clean.

The experience was great, and the location was fantastic. However, the service could be a bit slower.

Positive: friendliness; location; ample room Negative: need maintenance (safe box didn’t work; scale in the room didn’t work…)

Next to Dubai mall so good location, decor a bit outdated however everything is functioning and service was good.

The hotel is actually a serviced apartment hotel , furniture is very old and a lot of things are either not maintained or looking old Definitely not a 5 or even 4 stars one The service and staff are really good though
