Tidak dapat mendaftar masuk hotel dengan segera, tidak ada daftar masuk awal di hotel. Apabila tiba masa mesyuarat, ternyata mereka tidak melihat tempahan yang diperlukan dalam program mereka, secara amnya, tetapi program hotel tidak dapat melihat status tempahan semasa. Ini walaupun pada hakikatnya bilik itu telah dipesan "Grand Deluxe". Daftar masuk di hotel sangat teruk walaupun pembayaran dibuat seminggu lebih awal dan pengesahan telah diterima daripada pembekal. Atas sebab tertentu, hotel tidak menerima panggilan ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Tiada nombor tempatan, saya kini berada di kaunter penyambut tetamu sendiri, saya menghubungi nombor mereka, tetapi panggilan itu tidak masuk. Pasaran di hotel menjual sebotol air untuk 200 rubel, itu sahaja supaya jangkaan anda, untuk wang anda, adalah seteruk mungkin! Sangat tidak disyorkan, hotel terburuk dan pengalaman terburuk sepanjang tahun perjalanan ke Dubai.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff (Ms. Elisabeth) offered to upgrade my room at no additional cost. This gesture truly made my stay even more special, and I greatly appreciate their generosity. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Elisabeth, Okta, Yasir, and Fawad from the reception team for their exceptional service and hospitality. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any requests I had during my stay. Overall, my experience at Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay was fantastic. The hotel's amenities, cleanliness, and location were top-notch, and the staff's professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

This hotel is smaller scale but good cleanliness, room is spacious, very good view. I enjoyed stay in Gulf Courts Hotel, Business Bay. The breakfast is normal but with sufficient choice. Dinner buffet was closed. But next door is another hotel can walk in for dinner, which is good.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The room as clean, spacious, and already cooled when I entered (I traveled in July). Unfortunately, I was too beat from the heat to make it to the gym and pool. The room service was exceptional and timely. I would definitely stay again if I visit Dubai.

Everything okay..only if u can change a better bed cos my body aching..and i have a best experience in there the service was great.. thank you so much

Convenient place and Good view with Dubai canal.

Great stay, canal view was a nice touch, with a nice pool and restaurant, cute little market for beverages and souvenirs in the lobby. Service was great as well. Nothing bad to say!

It’s suitable for business trip. I stayed here 4 nights. And breakfast is good. I love the breakfast. The staff are nice. However, all the good memories be ruined after 24th Nov. 24th Nov, I came from Abu Dhabi and would like to stay here one night, then go back to China. However, I made a wrong booking date at this time. I need to book 24th Nov, but the order booking date is 24th Dec. I didn’t know this mistake until the reception told me this mistake. Unfortunately, it was 22:00PM when I know this problem, so I tried to ask the reception if they can help me to fix it. They just let me contact trip com. They didn’t give me any support. What’s worse, they don’t refund to me. A horrible experience. I don’t understand why gulf hotel reject my request. Refund and then release a room to sell will not affect them. So sad about this problem.

Great value for money for Dubai. Shout out to superb concierge services. Location is great if you have business in Business Bay

Very good hotel amazing room very near from Dubai mall and it’s easy to get a taxi

The hotel is good in general. The location is not far from CBD and Dubai mall. Clean and helpful staff but the housekeeper forgot to clean my room and came to offer me to clean the room at 10pm.
