The room was spotless and had such a warm, cozy atmosphere. Combined with the attentive and friendly service, it made for a perfect getaway. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the charming, intimate vibe of the hotel. The service was top-notch and really made the experience special.

I paid for the room upon arrival. The hotel room itself was good. The hotel stated they don't charge any security deposit, but Trip.com still hasn't refunded mine. When will I get it back?!

We have stayed here before and would highly recommend it. Close to the airport but also not far from downtown Dubai. Very helpful staff

A fairly good hotel. However, during my stay, the hotel entrance was undergoing maintenance. The alternative entrance is through the back side. Also, the toilet water was cut off at night, according to the hotel management, for maintenance purposes. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, but it wasn't as expected. Overall, the hotel wasn't what I expected the last time I visited.

I booked a hotel room, but the front desk rudely demanded I move to a Residence. It turned out to be an attached apartment, which I was not informed about beforehand. The towels smelled musty and there weren't enough of them, the toiletries were cheap, and the lights were difficult to operate. A terrible experience, I will not consider Hyatt again.

I really enjoyed the breakfast here on my previous visit, especially the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon — it was beautifully prepared and delicious. However, this morning the same order looked and tasted quite different, with only the poached eggs and smoked salmon served, without the bread, sauce, or garnish. I wanted to share this feedback because I truly appreciate the quality I experienced before, and I hope it can be consistent. Thank you for your attention. More touristes more service for respect.

The overall environment of this hotel is quite good. While it can't compare to ultra-luxury options, it's still very impressive! The service was excellent. They even thoughtfully prepared a cake for my colleague's birthday.

Service is average and there are double standards in how they treat customers. location is ok to avoid traffic issues but service is just average. they try to sell you additional things when you check in, just to be aware that you can simply say no to those unnecessary packages.

The overall experience at Hyatt Regency was satisfactory; however, it fell short of expectations when compared to previous stays at similar properties worldwide. Having stayed at multiple similar properties across the globe, this visit felt comparatively underwhelming. In particular, the room size was noticeably smaller than anticipated, and while the staff were courteous, the level of hospitality did not match what had been experienced in the past.

Great hotel with lovely amenities, it was in a great location with a great view!
