Hotel is nice and clean. The room size is good enough for one person or a couple. The gym and swimming pool were pretty good and staff are really helpful

Very small room, congested breakfast restaurant, small swimming pool, everything is very small  If you are ok with this it’s ok hotel if the price is reasonable

The hotel is average in everything but I didn’t expect it to be that far.

Positives: location is close to DEIRA, DFC, BUR DUBAI AND AIRPORT Negatives: cleanliness bad, maintenance of decor is taking its age, unfriendly staff (75% of them)

Had an amazing stay at Form hotel. Nice neat and clean rooms and 5 mins walk to Al Jadaf metro station. Staff is friendly and breakfast is decent.. Price of the hotel is reasonable

Soggiorno nel complesso piacevole e gradevole. La colazione (a buffet) è abbastanza variegata. La struttura è di recente costruzione quindi è tutto "nuovo". L'unica cosa negativa che abbiamo trovato è il fatto che per chi fa pensione completa, come abbiamo fatto noi, sia a pranzo che a cena viene proposto sempre lo stesso menù con poca scelta e pochi piatti a disposizione. Spero che per il futuro la struttura possa differenziare il menù della cena da quello del pranzo. L'hotel è situato a circa 300 metri dalla stazione della linea verde della metropolitana (stazione "Al Jadaf") e a circa 10 minuti di taxi dal Burj Khalifa.
