Location proximity was good, service was excellent, rooms were nice. Breakfast was a little dull could have been better.

Check in was smooth and was attended by Rash. She was courteous and helpful in getting the room. Was given a room on a higher floor facing partial Dubai frame. The soap etc is very poor quality and bed sheets not white, something not expected of such hotel. Bikash at concierge was rude and I feel need training on customer relations. Gave him the card and instead of handing back, he just placed on the table. Valet parking was also slow and disorganised. Imagine waiting 30 mins just for them to pick up the car. I don't see this in Sofitel Downtown or the JW Marriot. Location is ok but there are definitely other better hotels around the area. Other facilities such as steam room and pool area are quite old.

What i’ve read is that all fairmont hotels should offer Le Labo toiletries but not in fairmont dubai. Also the other parts of the hotel is a residences.

Very clean and modern hotel. View from the room was very nice . Location perfect just 15 minutes walk to Museum of the future.

Shurook was a great helper and super polite and sweet, also all the people at valet were super helpful, also the room services were fantastic, rooms are super clean and smells the best, also the breakfast was super healthy and delicious, I definitely recommend this place 100%, also the location is great and everything you need is great, also the cigar lounge was nice and always well organized. I would say one the best hotels I ever stayed in during my whole life :)

The hotel location is convenient, right next to the metro station. The room was spacious and clean, though the duvet was a bit too thick, and a microwave would have been a nice addition. The staff provided good service. Perhaps because it's winter, there's currently no free shuttle service to Kite Beach. Rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy due to the major 10+ lane highway outside with constant traffic. Breakfast was simple and leaned towards Indian flavors. I booked two months in advance, so the value for money was quite good.

It was good experience, location is great , view from 26 floor room is amazing but the only disadvantage that when I book through a third party like trip.com I don’t deserve points as Fairmont hotel clarified and you must find a solution for that

I came early in the morning, but the reception was refused to give me the key. Because of the check-in time policy. After explaining my issue, which is we arrived from a long destination, 9 hours, and I have 2 kids, so it's difficult for us to wait 6 hours in the hotel lobby. Then, the receptionist, her name H. offered me around 400 Derham if i want the key now. Otherwise, you have to wait until the check-in time. Then her manager decreased the price to 200 Derham and the extra bed was free from him. Many thanks for this. I have a lot of experience regarding the early check-in in the Dubai Hotel, such as The H, Raffles, international, anantara, and atlantis. The early check-in was smooth, and no one talked with me for paying extra if you want your room now.

Great place
