I can recommend this place for everyone best in Dubai

This hotel was really perfect, everyone was nice and polite, beds and pillows were perfect, memo foam, very comfortable and clean

Everything was great! Great swimming pool, clean, friendly staff. Plenty of shuttle buses available to a beach and malls. NO airport transfer available like stated in the ad. Breakfast could be better, limited choice and no egg station.

I stayed with my family in the hotel during Eid Aladha holidays for two nights. Itwas beyond expectation. We didn't feel it was crowded. The check-in was a little slow but Amgad from the Front desk was a real help. The Breakfast was good. The swimming pool was good, Although it need a Pool bar for serving soft drinks. Overall our stay was really fun. The location is near Emirates Mall, so it's also a plus. Great value for money. We will definitely come back

Good location for traveling into downtown to the airport. Perfect spot, good food and the place had good amenities.

Location is worst as it is very far from public transport like metro station and bus stop and breakfast is also very limited and not suitable for Indians

Everything was fabulous in hotel. Very clean, amazing breakfast, beautiful reception and kind staff. I would advise bringing extension lead as there were no sockets close to bed, but everything else was perfect. The staff were helpful, especially Gomaa. Would stay here again!

The hotel is in a very tourist location. Metro is like 10 minutes walk. The pool is pretty good and open till 10pm and never too busy. The customer service is good. Downtown is quite the ride on the tram but JBR & burj al arab is pretty near and taxi is much cheaper and the hotel provides shuttle services to JBR. They gave free water whenever we asked. The room was not the best because we were 3 people but got a king size bed only and the room we were initially put it had a broken AC and had to sleep in that for a night and 3 people came and non realised it was broken. Our key card stopped working when we had renewed our room for an extra 2 nights and this happened twice, which was annoying. One of the security guard and a pool guy were not that friendly and also anxious. We were unable to access the balcony in the hotel due to the fact it was too hot. Overall, the hotel is good but value should be a little lower but location and customer service makes up for it. ( the tourism tax is a burner)

The location it’s near to metro, around 10 minutes walking. Service is very fast, just the room is not soundproof. When they cleaning the next room u will hear it clearly.

Yes was a nice hotel overall enjoyed stay breakfast was good had pool was ok enjoyed stay recommend was abit far from all attractions but taxi travel was easy

This hotel is close to the market and metro, which helps me a lot to travel also you can manage taxis easier. At night is more convenient for this hotel to move for night life.
