I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, tidy and well‑maintained, the bed was comfortable and I slept very well. All staff members were polite, responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The hotel facilities are in good condition. Overall it was a pleasant experience, great value for money. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Amazing Place

Everything was great, the breakfasts were super, and the rooms were comfortable! I liked everything.

Excellent location, just about a five-minute walk to the subway. The breakfast was plentiful and reasonably priced. The front desk staff were all very attentive!

This was our first hotel in Dubai, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's within walking distance to Mall of the Emirates, which pretty much has everything you could want. Plus, there's a Carrefour supermarket right downstairs. A friendly tip though: don't buy too many perishables like chocolates at the beginning of your trip. Dubai gets incredibly hot, and on our first day, all the chocolates we bought melted. Best to save those purchases for your last stop!

Always good service, clean fresh room, various breakfast and a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby and of course Mall of Emirates. Very convenient location

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in Al Barsha is amazing — it’s close to almost everything you might need, which made getting around very convenient. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and all the necessary amenities were available. One thing I really liked was the WhatsApp service. You don’t even need to call reception or dial 0 — the hotel team contacts you through WhatsApp, so you can easily ask for anything you need, even when you’re not in your room. It’s very convenient and modern. A special thank you to Aya at reception. She was extremely kind, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Her attitude really made my stay even better. The parking area is also spacious and can accommodate many cars, which is another big advantage if you’re driving. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Dubai. My only comment would be regarding the dinner/restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn’t really enjoy the dinner, and I hope the hotel management can take a closer look at the restaurant and improve the food quality. Apart from that, I honestly loved almost everything about my stay. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

The room was very spacious and clean, and it's super close to Mall of the Emirates with plenty of shops downstairs, making shopping very convenient. The Western-style breakfast was pretty standard, but not really to Chinese tastes.

Most of my recent trips to Dubai I stayed this hotel because of its convenient location to Emerates mall, restaurants and metro is also few hundred meters away. Apart from that the staff is very friendly .

This hotel offers good value for money. It's right next to the Mall of the Emirates, making its location excellent. Transportation and dining options are very convenient. I'd consider staying here again.
