I booked the hotel month ago before I check in. But they arranged my room in 1st floor, even though I left remarks to request for a quiet and high floor room while booking. Btw. The room is next to a parking lot, every morning it’s super noisy because of the bus roaring. The the most disappointing part is my room is too smelly to breathe in it. I asked reception to switch a room. Then he arranged the room in front of entrance and inform me this is the only one left. The I asked them to refresh my room instead of changing a new one. They spray my room, however the smell still exists every time when I stepped into my room. The smell is sweaty and soar. Euh Won’t book this hotel anymore

Location wise and Cleanliness wise is all great! we really enjoyed our stay. Their rooms are big. i put 3 put Facilities as their pool area is currently closed and the temporary pool area is small and not very appealing. Overall, we had a great stay.

This was my first time staying here, and the facilities, equipment, and location were all good. There is a supermarket just a minute's walk from the hotel where you can buy groceries. You can also eat inside the supermarket, which some people use. You can also buy detergent for your laundry here. There are many stylish cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as massage and beauty clinics, so it's a great place to relax. Just one thing: I booked a twin room, but checked in late, so I ended up in a single room. It was unavoidable as it was high season, but I would have liked a little more consideration as I was there for 10 days.

The room was booked on the 3rd and the payment was completed. Ctrip and the hotel did not communicate clearly. I arrived at the hotel at around 1 am that day and then refused to check in, saying that I had not paid. Then after I showed the deduction information and room reservation information, I was still not allowed to check in and asked for a deposit of 1,000 dirhams. I only received a 0.01 text message when I checked out. I asked the front desk a few more questions and the front desk looked very impatient. Now I am told that it will take 7-14 days for the 1000 dirhams to be refunded. The room rate for one night is 1800+, which is really a bad experience. Then I will go to Iraq on the way and come back to stay in a few days (the room has been reserved). I am not allowed to leave my luggage in the hotel. The service is indeed not as good as other hotels.

The room is spacious, the underground parking lot is convenient, the breakfast is rich, and the service attitude is good.
