Disappointing Experience I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Legoland Dubai Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had anticipated. First and foremost, both the Legoland water park and theme park were closed during our visit, which rendered our plans futile. Additionally, I found that the reception staff exhibited a troubling lack of professionalism and interpersonal skills. I was surprised to be asked for an additional fee for my children, despite having booked two rooms for our family of six. Worse still, our accommodations were unacceptable. We discovered insects and bedbugs in the rooms, particularly in the bedding and bathroom. The towels were stained, suggesting they had not been properly cleaned. Furthermore, I was unable to reach guest services via phone, and when I raised these concerns upon checkout, the staff member seemed indifferent and uninterested. The safety of my children was also a concern, as the valet parking drivers were driving recklessly in areas designated for child rides. Given these numerous issues, I regret to say that I will not be returning to this hotel.
