Ulasan Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel

Everything is great in this hotel. Staff is super friendly and nice. The rooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay except one issue which brought us comfort. Our room was connecting room and the door inbetween didnt have proper isolation and we could hear everything going on at the other room. This made problems for our sleeping unfortunately.

Excellent hotel service and atmospheric room design will make me continue to choose

It's great, but the peak season came too quickly. The price went up after only a few days, and now I can't afford it at all. The hotel is really good, and I hope I'll have the chance to come back during the off-season next time.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in, no exaggeration! Service attitude: Both the restaurant and the front desk staff are extremely warm and friendly, always with a warm smile on their faces. They were also very patient and polite when answering my questions about city tax, etc. In addition, after I checked in, they helped me take my luggage upstairs, and when they arrived at the door, they called (instead of just ringing the doorbell), so that I could answer the phone at hand while I was packing (there were phones in different locations in the suite), instead of shouting "I'm coming" to the door or running to the door to open it immediately. This was very thoughtful. Secondly, I asked for toothpaste and it was brought to me in no time at all. On the day of check-out, when the driver I arranged to pick me up arrived, they called to inform me that the driver had arrived. They were very organized. Restaurant standard: The breakfast food is very rich in variety and the waiters are also very good. One day I ate slowly and by the time I finished, it was already past breakfast time, so the fruits had been removed. I tried to ask them if they had any leftover fruit and they brought it to me from the kitchen, which was very heartwarming. Room Configuration: When checking in, the hotel upgraded me to a higher level suite, which was incredibly big! The suite is spotless, with curtains that open automatically when the door is opened; the room has its own washing machine and dressing room; the bathroom is bright and clean; and the living room is spacious and comfortable. Impeccable. Geographical location: Relatively close to the airport, and Uber to the city center is also very convenient. Overall, there is really nothing wrong with this hotel. I definitely recommend it when visiting Dubai! !

Overall OK. Due to traffic problems after a heavy rain, we didn't check in at the hotel until the morning. The staff flexibly accommodated our late checkout. The bed is very comfortable, but the hotel room and facilities are relatively old, and the hygiene aspect is acceptable.

It was very bad. I ordered a 1.5-meter bed, but it turned out to be a 90-centimeter bed. I asked the front desk and they told me that it was the only standard in the hotel! Rubbish

One of the surprises we got during the trip was that we were upgraded to a room type. Although we arrived very late, the confirmation was very quick and the service was very good. The environment is great. I highly recommend staying. One of the joys of traveling comes from having a pleasant and relaxing hotel time.
