The room was crean. with kitchen. You can cook with a kitchen A little far from the station.

Perfect location, I stayed for five nights and six days. Very neat and clean rooms. Thanks to Hariharan (room attendant) Staff is very welcoming and cooperative. Delicious multi cuisine breakfast Very much comfortable stay, just go for it.

Room attender Harikoram Srilankan guy was so hardworking man and do his work with dedication, rooms were nicely cleaned and everyone one so polite, however there were lack of staff in dining area due to it used plates were not being cleaned immediately.

The hotel was very accommodating to our needs as first time visitors. A big thank you to the team. Harikaran was good with the room cleaning and made the place very homely. Ahmed at the front desk helped with enquiries and Dau was always smiling and ready to help during the dinning times. We could only mention a few, the whole team is amazing. Again, thank you.

I recently stayed at the Element hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Receptionist Moon was particularly amazing, providing friendly and efficient assistance that enhanced my stay. The housekeeping staff were also incredible, demonstrating great attention to detail and ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout my visit. One of the best parts of my stay was enjoying time at the Half Walnut Bar and restaurant. The ambiance was lively, and the food and drinks were excellent, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Element hotel for its exceptional service and wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely be visiting again!

Enjoyed my stay, and everyone was super efficient and friendly, overall, great stay, rooms, and even their breakfast was all good. Have been upgraded to a suite and it's been quite convenient, especially with the sofa, coffee machine, to host a meeting.
