體驗不好，不會再來，酒店沒問題，酒店房間乾淨整潔，是部分酒店員工態度惡劣，少部分酒店員工和小偷團體勾結，專門把小偷團體安排在顧客房間附近。 酒店前面的街道大施工！

Dear Element Almina, First of all I Am so happy at my stay at the hotel I stayed for 2 days and it was very comfortable and amazing, I feel like I was in my home , The hotel is very clean and the AC is very clean I was in 6th floor and the room was very nice, comfortable, clean, big space, I advise everyone that wants to stay at a hotel that’s included kitchen and big rooms for family or friends or even trip to go and choose Element Almina Wish all the best Ahlam Alfahham

Our stay here at the hotel is 10/10. The staff was very helpful. They helped us to deal with an emergency situation where my son got his finger hurt in an amicable way. The staff was excellent. They also gave us an early check in and breakfast too which was so kind of them. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and facilities. Raffat, Naveed, Abid, Sonu (Taxi driver) ,First aid man and woman , receptionists, room cleaning people (i forgot there names) were excellent. Hope to stay again here some day.

I have an great holidays in this hotel The food was amazing,the chef Greg and waitress Nadeesha are beautiful people and ready to help you with everything you need Bed was amazing,such a confortable mattress The room.are cleaning everyday I will come back for sure to this location

This is my 3rd time in Element apartment and Aloft Hotel Dubai , and it keeps getting better. I’ve spent 4 weeks enjoying the spacious rooms, and perfect for long stays. The staff are the friendly and supportive , specially Chaturika, Hnin, Chef Asiri, Mamata, Dhinagaran, and Ramya from HC have been really friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming place in Dubai, I highly recommend... and appreciate your support during my stay

After a long week’s work decided to relax abit,requested for an early checkin which was honored and my room was ready by 11am. As an elite member ,I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite. The room was spotless clean,cozy and so spacious The pool OMG 😱 another reason to come back Great service from Shivam,he is such a special Gem 💎,connects easily with guests,a true hotelier and knows what he does Definitely coming back

Rooms had musty smell. Poor housekeeping. Windows don’t close properly. My room was on the first floor and got limited sleep due to loud music coming from bar area outside. I don’t recommend staying at this property. Carpet and lounge very dirty.

I love this hotel and mostly house keeping department is doing wonderful job I feel free with them to conversation while they are cleaning I like the way they are doing great service and all amenities If I'm not in my room like long time 5 hrs when I entered the room I feel peace because room is pleasant and very nice make up and also pool view of hotel is excellent 👌 and peace place

Stay a week recently. Breakfast should have more options. Every day is very similar, very easy to get bored. Pastry and omelette isn't good. Room service menu also boring actually. However, you can order online so it won't be a problem. And there is a affordable restaurant nearby, their tea is great. But room is spacious and well equipped and you can cook your own meal. Everyday will provide lots of water bottles. There is a swimming pool on the roof shared with Aloft. Nice place to chill and do sunbathing. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Have a great time!

This hotel provides excellent services. All the staff members are compassionate & accommodating. A receptionist, Joy, is a blast to talk to and very helpful in changing bookings etc. While Akshay, a server at the Mix restaurant, memorized my order and was quite friendly as well. We are a long-term stay and have yet to complain about any of the amenities. The pool is on the roof with a view, the bar on the ground and the roof are both pleasant for a relaxing evening. Overall, recommended for weary travelers looking for something short term at a decent price point but also very accommodating for long-term residents. -Sar
