Ulasan Nihal Hotel

yesterday one of my friend visit me in your hotel, as we have something business confidential to be discussed. and your duty manager Richard insisted to charge me 100AED while i have told him that my friend will not stay more than 2 hours instead of whole night. and i promised him that she will leave very soon. but this person insisted this and said we could discuss in lobby if i did not pay this 100AED. after that, i said can i pay half or one hour later as i forgot to take cash or wallet to lobby and i did have something urgent & confidential to discuss with my friend which shall not be discuss in the lobby or public location, but he also rejected that i shall back to room and take the cash or card to pay immediaely. as a matter of fact, i have never meet such kind of stupid request with all hotel in the world even in Dubai many five stars hotel. i think your staff has greatly insult my private right as UAE is highly comply with GDPR(Generate data protection regulation). and i will contact with Dubai Tourism & Dubai DED for further complainant to get the right solution. also, i will share all the information to my hotel booking agent.

The hotel is quite dated, and the bathrooms are in very poor condition. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly polite.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, unfortunately. Service was good. But it was so dirty. Cockroaches in the room as well.

My recent 10-day stay at the Nihal Hotel in Dubai was a mixed experience, marked by truly excellent staff service but noticeably dated facilities. The strongest point of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Every single member of the team I encountered was incredibly polite and friendly, always ready with a smile and a helpful attitude. I must give a special mention to Sharuk, whose outstanding service and professionalism truly made him stand out. The hospitality here is five-star. However, the hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. While clean, the overall appearance and condition of the building and rooms feel tired and dated, suggesting a renovation is long overdue to bring it up to modern standards. For guests traveling with a vehicle, be aware that the on-site car park is very expensive, which can add a significant unexpected cost to a long stay. Finally, the breakfast is lacking and very limited. While technically a buffet, the variety and quality did not meet expectations for a hotel of this size, and it felt like a minimal offering for guests planning a full day out. In summary, the Nihal Hotel benefits immensely from its location and its wonderful, dedicated team, but guests should be prepared for an older property with some areas (like the dining and parking fees) that could significantly improve.

This hotel is not worth the price it's advertised. The rooms aren't as pictured in the booking photos, and I had to change rooms twice within 10 minutes. My room was used by someone else, and the available room was unavailable. I used it myself. The service was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend booking it again for anyone else.

It was ok. Nothing that great. I would recommend for someone who doesn’t mind a bit of noise and who wants to be close to cheap foods.

I stayed in hotel and found everything in good condition staff is good location is good also

Hotel was Super noisy from the chiller conductor, impossible to sleep, Cleaners did not come to clean gor 24 hour’s until I asked, you need to ask for water all the time. Room is old bed bedsheet have paint and colour stain. Old blanket.  Price was oaky camper to other hotels. They did not said there is 3 Clubs in the first floor. So the noise from the Chiller and discos is unforgivable.

My stay at Nihal hotel was unfortunately extremely below par this time. The housekeeping of this hotel was bad. We did not get soap for our hotel for the entire time we were booked there, they always said check the dispenser but it was empty. There was a rancid smell in the room and they had an issue with replenishing towels. We had to ask for the towels to be replenished quite a few times during our stay there. The breakfast was good at times and uneatable at times. I rarely give bad reviews but this has been the most sub par stay at a 3 star hotel I have experienced. Would not recommend.
