Clean hotel with courteous staff .5mins walk from metro station and gold souk also 15mins walk..all amenities nearby.excellent hotel

Before check in ,I said I can pay first and at night I take the passport here .now the traffic is bad ,my passport in left in my friend’s house .do not give me room key before I give the passport.the front desk ask me to cancel the reservation,so I go back and when I cancel ,they reject and not refund me money , awful service

The hotel is close to the gold souq. The hotel is new, the cleanliness and the attention of the staff are super.

Wow is perfect word for such kind of perfect thing

5 to 8 minute walking distance from Gold Souq metro station and the very newly opened hotel. You can go to the most of main places on the metro line easily and so very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was OK. The breakfast was not bad. One problem is that the toilet floor was easily soaked with water from shower. I think the glass compartment on the shower room is too short. Needed to redesign it. I couldn't find any restaurant or market near the hotel.
