The hotel's location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. The ancient Egyptian style is very unique, and the rooms are spacious with excellent views of the Dubai skyline. Breakfast is à la carte and very tasty. The facilities are complete, and the service is attentive, truly befitting a seasoned five-star hotel.

I was really happy to stay in Raffles Dubai hotel. When I come back in Dubai again I definitely stay in Raffles hotel again.

Usually, I don’t like to complain, but this time I have to share what I experienced in this hotel. I don’t think this hotel is worth such a high rate. First of all, the staff treats guest like a fool. When I came back to my room, I smelled the cigarettes in the corridor(especially in front of my room and the room next to mine)and I asked the cleaning staff (who was standing there)whether someone smoked in this non-smoking floor. But this staff said it was just the smell of perfume. How cannot a human being distinguish the smell of cigarettes and perfume? The I asked the front desk to check out this issue. However, I waited 2 hours but no one replied. And then I had to call the front desk again, the room-reservation manager said they found out that the guest next to my room did smoke. I don’t understand why the cleaning staff lied in the beginning and the manager didn’t reply until the guest called again. Secondly, the cleaning is not thorough at all. Look at the bathtub. It is full of muddy water. And the mug cup is full of ashes or scratches. Also, the staff didn’t refill the amenities on the second day. And even just left the leftover bottle water there. Thirdly, the hygiene of breakfast is worrisome. The watermelon tasted like already rotten. But the restaurant manager said it was just this kind of taste. Obviously, both cleanings staff and restaurant managers don’t listen to what the customers say but stick to what they feel. Also, you can see flies on bread and fruits in the restaurant. There are also other issues the hotel can improve, such as the motivation of receptionist for breakfast.

Check-in process was smooth and fast. Friendly frontdesk team. We have to leave to the airport within 45 minutes and has asked the restaurant manager to serve us quickly and the kitchen team really did their job in serving us really quick. Satisfying breakfast before we left to the airport!

Nice hotel, spacious rooms and extremely friendly staff.

My first stay in Dubai was at Raffles Hotel, and it was an incredible experience. The service was excellent throughout my stay. I especially want to thank Mohamed and Folefel for their outstanding hospitality — they were warm, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. Because of them and the overall amazing service, I definitely want to come back again!

Great hotel as Usual. The Shopping Mall attached is quiet but has a couple good resturants to enjoy

Nice place to stay in. Great breakfast. Love the fresh Dorsa and crepe a lot. Just the room and some amenities are a bit old.

Great stay mr ehab upgraded me to suite room it was super huge and their service is really great and fast will always be one of my fav classic

Hotel is beautiful Room size are fantastic All Amenities are very good . I had a bad experience wid Front Office .I believe he was a local Guy on shift 21 Mar Evening 9 clock approx .Can behave like this with Guest . Rest the housekeeping Team specially Bhunesh and krushna they were too good and really took care of us . Prashant from Butler service team was good In Breakfast the team is amazing the quality served was great ..Good to see the team work and special mention to the waffle counter chef on 22 march

Very clean and good service

Beautiful hotel and room decor, very friendly front desk. Hotel staff gave the kids chocolates and camel soft toys, which made them so happy. Connected to Wafi mall with Carrefour supermarket which makes it so convenient to get snacks. Breakfast was fantastic too, and the kids loved to swing by the outdoor playground just outside the breakfast room.
