I just spent 2 nights in this hotel, absolutely convenient place, close to the airport, nearby metro station and restaurants. The room was a bit tiny, but alright considering the short stay. The hotel as a whole is quite a bit run down, spots on carpets, etc. I had the impression the cleaning stuff is doing their best to make you feel well, very clean and fresh sheets and towels. Very good mattress for my taste (hard). Check in and check out very quick and friendly.

Very bad atmosphere and full of smoke. Place requires mainainance of both physical property and mentality of the managers in hotel. The rooms door opened with full of cigarette smoke and manager doesn't even care about the complaint with exact word ”nothing we can do”. So, if you paid then it's your problem to manage your stay.

Fungsi tempat tinggal yang berdekatan sangat selesa. Terdapat pasar raya, department store, sarapan bufet dan makan malam di restoran di tingkat bawah, dan pertunjukan LIVE. Tahap di dalamnya tidak buruk.

When we arrived. the receptionist gave us our room card on time, maybe 5 minute later. The room was clean. but didn't the same as the image we saw on the sites. room 618 We chose this hotel for 2 reason. save budget, because we spent most of our time out of the hotel. we used the hotel just for sleep and breakfast. the other reason was we wanted the hotel to be near the subway station. this hotel was near the al-rigga station. you need to walk 5 minutes to get to the station. from this hotel, if you want take a taxi and go to the Burj Khalifa, it's cost you 34 AED. WiFi speed was good. you should change WiFi connection on every floor. The staff was good. but the manager, he was very angry :) I don't know why!. also receptionist was a good man :) The problem was the bathroom. we hadn't hot water at all. I said this problem to the receptionist, but they did nothing. Breakfast was not good. there was no variety. there was not enough light in the breakfast room. and the biggest problem was, mosquitoes and beetles in the breakfast room. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.
