Our second staycation at Shada Hotel, we got a connected rooms. It’s one of my favorite hotels and it really feels like home  Amazing hospitality. The only issue was the constructions near by the hotel, was really disturbing at the morning.

Sebab dah mandi pagi, masa check out, terlupa nak ambik cincin dan letak atas meja tak ingat sampai petang aku call hotel dan hotel bagitahu ada telah disimpan dalam pengemasan dan saya akan mengambilnya apabila saya pergi mengambil bagasi saya pada waktu petang! Saya sangat gembira, terima kasih, saya pasti akan memberikan ulasan yang baik! Lokasinya betul-betul di luar kereta bawah tanah, dan anda boleh pergi ke pusat membeli-belah dubai di sepanjang koridor kaca kereta api bawah tanah. Terdapat kedai serbaneka di belakang, yang sangat mudah! Kad bilik mesti diberikan pada pukul tiga!

Check in was smooth and was attended by Rash. She was courteous and helpful in getting the room. Was given a room on a higher floor facing partial Dubai frame. The soap etc is very poor quality and bed sheets not white, something not expected of such hotel. Bikash at concierge was rude and I feel need training on customer relations. Gave him the card and instead of handing back, he just placed on the table. Valet parking was also slow and disorganised. Imagine waiting 30 mins just for them to pick up the car. I don't see this in Sofitel Downtown or the JW Marriot. Location is ok but there are definitely other better hotels around the area. Other facilities such as steam room and pool area are quite old.

I want to write an honest review that can help other tourists. This was my first time visiting the UAE. Before that, I had only traveled to Croatia, Turkey, and some countries in Asia. I can say that the hotel is quite clean, except for some small things like the toaster in the kitchen or the dish drying tray, which you don’t really want to touch. But if you are not planning to use them, you can just ignore it. In the room, there was a slight smell of cigarettes, like someone used to smoke there before. However, we stopped noticing it on the second day because the room is big and well ventilated through the balcony. The electricity in the room needs serious repair. Some sockets spark, and a few switches make strange sounds, like a short circuit. Also, don’t forget to bring adapters for the local sockets. When we arrived, there were no slippers or towels in the room at first. But I called the reception, and they brought everything very quickly. In general, the service in this hotel deserves a high score. Everything we asked for, we received. But usually, in hotels with really good service, you don’t need to ask for such things — they should already be prepared. Overall, with all the small issues, the hotel feels like a 3-star hotel in Croatia in 2012. The breakfasts were excellent, with local-style food typical for this region. If someone thinks from my review that I didn’t like it — that’s not true. I am satisfied with my stay, and nothing ruined my vacation. I just want to remind everyone (and myself) that every place has its own small problems. Maybe I would prefer to pay a bit less for this hotel, but most likely the price is because of its location.

The hotel is quite old and definitely needs some renovation. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay, so we didn’t get the chance to swim or enjoy the beautiful city view, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The bathroom also needs improvement the shower knob was broken and didn’t work properly, making it inconvenient to use. On the positive side, the hotel staff upgraded our room from a Deluxe Room to a Suite, which we really appreciated. The food was also a highlight of our stay, with a great variety of delicious dishes to choose from. While we were grateful for the room upgrade and enjoyed the dining experience, the hotel’s aging facilities and maintenance issues affected our overall experience.

Came here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is quite good. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are well trained, professional and courteous. The room and Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good. As i am writing this, we had to extend another day due to the war happening between Iran and Israel. Airports are shut. The staff managed to give us a good rate to extend our stay.

酒店前台這個女的不知道是不是新來的！一問三不懂！態度也不好！一開始説我定的這個套房沒有，我讓她再確定一下，後面又説有，説房間已經好的了，但是入住時間是2點，提前入住需要加錢。我問她加多少，一開始説加600迪拉姆，我説行吧，後面經理過來説過十幾分鍾這邊房間好了馬上給你，過了一會她説房間好了，可以辦入住了，但是你的房間是套房需要加雙倍1200的迪拉姆，我真的無語了，你為什麼不早點説要加的是1200？你經理都同意了，你怎麼那麼***？而且你有空房為什麼不能讓客人提前入住呢？怎麼那麼死腦經？那時候真的氣s了浪費我一個多小時，我當時跟她説取消吧，我不住了，後面又説那我給申請吧！真的是無語！！在亞特蘭蒂斯我們早上7點多去的，人家雖然是3點半入住的，但是她説有空房也馬上給我們辦入住。
