Hotel di Sheikh Zayed / DIFC, Dubai

New rooms are modern, clean, and well-equiped! The view is nice. The service is very good, there were some concerns but they all were resolved by the staff (thanks Sarina and another female receptionist). A complementary swimming pool is in another hotel, just 5-minute walk. There are gym and laundrymat, we didn't use them though. There are 2 issues, 1 is smaller, some rooms are connected with the inner door, and neighbors are clearly hearable, we asked for another room; 2 is bigger, there is an ongoing renovation, and drilling happens from 9 to 18, it will last months unfortunately. We stayed just 2 nights.

Everything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard. While the stay was generally comfortable, the difference in the room provided and the poor quality of the renovation work were disappointing, especially for a star-rated hotel.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Gevora Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gevora Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. The service at Gevora Hotel was outstanding. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, their commitment to excellent service truly stood out. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. The panoramic vistas of the city skyline and surrounding landscape were simply stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset.  Overall, my experience at Gevora Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming hotel with fantastic service and incredible views, look no further. I can't wait to return for another visit!

The hotel is so amazing, its very clean, all staff are good.. I've more hotel in Dubai connected with my job the this is rare, it has a good services, wish to go back and spend for a long time😘

Was there on a short business trip. Location is great, the hotel itself isn’t modern (probably built in 2005 or something) but its super clean. The cleanest hotel bed i ever been in tbh. Great amenities , great service. Great value for the money. Here’s a photo of the view from my room

I had an exquisite stay at Shangri-La Dubai, and I would like to give special thanks to two exceptional members of the reception team: Karim KADI and Abderrahman. From the moment I arrived, they both made me feel genuinely welcome. They were professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was during check-in, answering my questions, or assisting with special requests, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their kindness, efficiency, and personal attention truly elevated my experience and made my stay feel very special. Thanks to Karim KADI and Abderrahman, I felt not just like a guest, but truly cared for. I highly recommend Shangri-La Dubai, and I sincerely hope future guests will have the chance to be welcomed by Karim and Abderrahman as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Rove City Walk Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient — it’s not far from the metro station, making it easy to get around the city and explore Dubai without any hassle. Another great highlight is the small supermarket on the ground floor. It’s super handy for grabbing snacks, drinks, or any essentials without needing to go far. Overall, it’s a great choice for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Our family loved this hotel. The swimming pool (including two sauna's!) is clean, the 24-hour gym facilities are great, the breakfast is excellent with many, many choices and a great atmosphere. The service by all the personnel was great. The location offers a good view of downtown. The only thing we would like to suggest is that the children's play area would be accessible the same hours as the swimming pool (7am-7pm). Now it is only open from 10am-5pm, and our kids wanted to play outside those hours too. Also, the sweat smell inside the play area was a bit strong.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming specially to ms chaw  professional, and efficient, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the cleanliness of the common areas to the prompt service whenever I needed assistance. Even though my stay was short, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service—even for just a one-night stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

Check in was smooth and was attended by Rash. She was courteous and helpful in getting the room. Was given a room on a higher floor facing partial Dubai frame. The soap etc is very poor quality and bed sheets not white, something not expected of such hotel. Bikash at concierge was rude and I feel need training on customer relations. Gave him the card and instead of handing back, he just placed on the table. Valet parking was also slow and disorganised. Imagine waiting 30 mins just for them to pick up the car. I don't see this in Sofitel Downtown or the JW Marriot. Location is ok but there are definitely other better hotels around the area. Other facilities such as steam room and pool area are quite old.
