Stay was amazing as before. I like their service, whole team is very attentive, helpful and always smiling. Location is very well connected with ibn battuta mall ,metro station and ofcourse bus stand for Abudhabi. So many food options and entertainment options available for family crowd as well. I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.

Number one tower hotel the location is very good and from here you get a great view of Burj Khalifa and sheikh zayed road.Front desk Staff are so helpful and they took very good care every guest stay there. Room are so speacios and well cleaned . Especially thanks to Orpa from reception for all time making my stay comfortable

Great hotel for short stays or layover at Dubai , buffet is fine , shuttle bus to airport is hard to find the first time you take it , just ask anyone at the airport they will help you find it , just remember its in the same building as the car park , metro , car rental , in front of terminal 3 , shuttle is 24 hrs every 30 minutes . If you don’t want the buffet there is a supermarket and small plaza behind the hotel

The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

Very nice hotel, amenities needed to be updated in some areas such as gym. People at this hotel are so kind and dedicated to help at any time and ready to go the extra mile to meet your needs. I will come back again
