1. 5 hours to ( check in ) one of the rooms ( from 3 PM to 8 PM ) ( reservition 2 conected rooms family with children ) 2. They refuse to upgrade the rooms ( when I asked during the problem ) and tell me they will charg me the rooms price . 3. U have to chang elevators to reach the rooms ( 2 elevetors from loby to 5th floor ” take time” slow . Then 4 elevators to the rooms with room cards ” good time ” . 4. Small loby , crawded , no coffe shop .

Nothing to tell any thing wrong ...Hotel is a budget and friendly environment. Easy Access to any where .Mall OF the Emirates. Dubai Marina, Metro station is very near in Emirates Mall. Infront of have bus stop .

No complains, great service, great room, close to the metro station, mall of the emirates, a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, also a bus stop, you’ll get all what you need, would come again.

Great Location stayed here multiple times close to Mall of Emirates. will come stay here again. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Service was wonderful. The concierge Mr Mulik assisted us on checking in and out without any hitch. The hotel was situated very near the mall of Emirates and the metro was around 10 mins away. Very accessible. Housekeeping Mr Farouk also did a fantastic job in cleaning up our room daily.

Very good hotel with very good location ,i asked them for a king bed,they said no problem.once i reach at room i found to small bed attached together,once i tried to sleep,to bed going back different sides.and i slept middle of the two beds 😅😅🥹

Very nice location , have everything nearby including metro and a mall. Just because of 16th April storm , the whole area was flooded and couldn’t go anywhere , but that’s an exception considering it didn’t happen for 75 years , else it’s the best choice to stay near Al Jumeriah area. Atlantis palm hotel and kite beach are within 20 minutes drive distance. Hotel staff is polite and respectful. They have all the amenities required for either a short or long stay. Although if you are a business traveler and looking to have meetings in the business Bay Area it’s better to book near the venue as taxi in Dubai is expensive.

This hotel is situated in a really good location as it’s midway on the metro both ways. The station is insurance market also known as Mashreeq. I think that’s how you pronounce it. Lots of places to eats at affordable prices. Staff were very friendly & breakfast choice was very good. The spa facilities are good not amazing but really sweet staff. Desperate women & men’s that I was really grateful for!
