I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff has provided. He have always been very attentive and helpful. His kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats of to your team. Also to mention, the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you once again for hiring such excellent staff and hope to see him and interact during my visits.

A hotel without Bell boys. Unbelievable! I need to bring my luggage up alone and bring my luggage down during chk out. Reception line and operator no answer at all during my stay, except during chk out. Receptionist answer my call but advise me to go down so I can bring trolley up where I can put my luggage and bring down myself! The security guard was nice to help me bring my luggage to the cab. His name I believe is Baa. There was no coffee inside my room during my check in but housekeeping were fast to bring asap when I requested it.

**Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

During my four-night stay at Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Deira, I found it conveniently situated near Salah Al Din Metro Station, making exploring the city a breeze. The abundance of 24-hour supermarkets around was a lifesaver for late-night cravings. Plus, being within walking distance to Reef Mall, Al Ghurair Mall, and vibrant night markets added an extra layer of convenience to my stay. While the breakfast offered was sufficient, I wished for a bit more variety. The bed, although slightly firm, didn't compromise on comfort, ensuring a decent night's sleep. Moreover, I appreciated the efficient service at the front desk, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Overall, it was a practical and comfortable stay, ideal for exploring the vibrant city of Dubai.

The hotel is very nice , very clean , nice location , near to airport , near to DWTC and the important places . Area is very comfortable, no crowds, easy parking , service all around.. It is good hotel.

Nice service, great food, comfortable room. Large TV was a plus. Pool is a little bit small. Location issue is typical for UAE. Hard to find something around the hotel(in +40 degrees), especially cigarettes. Overall good experience, I recommend to stay in Novotel.

I have been a loyal guest at ALL(Accor) for several years, but my recent stay was quite disappointing, and a significant departure from the high standards I have come to expect. Upon arrival, I faced a frustrating delay in check-in. Despite having called the hotel beforehand to confirm my booking, I was made to wait until 4:00 PM to get into my room. This was particularly inconvenient as I had a long journey and needed to freshen up before a scheduled event. Adding to the frustration, a special request I made a week prior to my stay was completely ignored. When I brought this up at the front desk, not only did they claim they had no record of my request, but the manager's response was surprisingly rude and dismissive. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was deeply disappointing. The problems did not end there. The checkout process was equally cumbersome and time-consuming. It took much longer than it should have, adding unnecessary stress to the end of my trip. Overall, my recent experience at Mercure Mina Gold was far below par. The combination of delayed check-in, unacknowledged special requests, and an inefficient checkout process overshadowed the positive experiences I've had here in the past. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to restore the quality of service that regular guests like myself expect and deserve. Until then, I regret to say that I will be reconsidering my options for future stays.

我和太太於2024年三月三十一日入住杜拜香格里拉酒店，第一印象已經非常滿意，酒店大堂寬敞、明亮、佈置幽雅！所有員工服務態度有禮、誠懇、細心！ 而最驚喜是把我們所訂的普通房間升級至豪華貴賓房，雖然當時祇是上午十一時許，他們一方面引領我們到41樓的休閑室，享受茶點，另一方面立即分配在40樓的貴賓房間給 我們休息，非常貼心！ 另外，我們也嘗試過酒店內著名的越南餐廳，食物不止多款式，而且味道美味、賣相亦吸引！ 總括逗留在酒店的三日兩夜，百份百有賓至如歸，甚至有點受龎若驚的感覺！哈哈！ 下次若有機會再來杜拜旅行，我們一定再選擇入住這香格里拉酒店！

Rodel, yang membantu kami dengan bagasi kami. Dia sangat sopan dan akomodatif, membuatkan kami berasa dialu-alukan dari awal lagi. Walau bagaimanapun, pengalaman kami di kaunter penerimaan tetamu semasa daftar masuk amat mengecewakan. Apabila kami menghampiri Encik Abdelrahman di meja depan, dia meminta ID kami. Saya bertanya sama ada mereka akan menerima saya tetapi bukan kakak saya, apa gunanya? Jawapannya sekali lagi tegas, “Tidak, kami memerlukan ID fizikal. Very clean room and bathroom, good location, near downtown, hotel has shuttle to Dubai mall and beach 3 times in day Breakfast was good and complete but restaurant was very busy, The pool area is very beautiful and big and good bar, only the pool wasn't very clean The lobby of hotel are big and good design but the carpet needs to change or washing Staff are helpful
