Hotel Millennium di Dubai

The hotel is near the DMCC metro station which takes 50 minutes to get from the airport. Though it takes only 2 minutes walk from the entrance of the metro station, it takes another 5 minutes to reach the platform. Generally you need some 40 + minutes to most attractions in the city by metro from the hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful. Thanks to the hotel to offer an early check-in at 11 am. It was most welcome especially after our overnight flight. Room furnishings were a bit old and ventilation of the bathroom needed improvement. In general we have good experience during the stay.

The room is spacious and the hospitality of the staffs are amazing. The hotel is located between 2 metro stations within a walkable distance and many eateries are near by. Ideal location in downtown Dubai. Highly Recommended.

Good location, beautiful view, about 1km away from Dubai mall and there is a great restaurant Kana cafe nearby. International breakfast, lots of good choices (but it was quite crowded there in the morning, especially past 9am). Friendly stuff and nice swimming pool area. We stayed there for 8 days, had a little issue with room service though, as we only got a change of towels a few times but our room or bathroom were not cleaned or mopped throughout that period at all.

Very nice location , have everything nearby including metro and a mall. Just because of 16th April storm , the whole area was flooded and couldn’t go anywhere , but that’s an exception considering it didn’t happen for 75 years , else it’s the best choice to stay near Al Jumeriah area. Atlantis palm hotel and kite beach are within 20 minutes drive distance. Hotel staff is polite and respectful. They have all the amenities required for either a short or long stay. Although if you are a business traveler and looking to have meetings in the business Bay Area it’s better to book near the venue as taxi in Dubai is expensive.

I have a very negative opinion about this hotel. I booked a Deluxe room with two separate beds with full payment, when checking in at the reception at 16:00 (check-in from 14:00) they said your room is dirty - I will give you a drink of coffee or tea. There was no answer on how long to wait and why the number was not ready. They offered a room with one king-size bed, I agreed well with this option, the whole evening I asked 4 times for a second blanket, which was never brought. Mom and her adult son had to sleep under the same blanket, I am outraged and I paid for this in advance!!! The area towards the sea is cozy with parks, fountains and a golf course, on the other side there is a desert with barbed wire. Booking a transfer to the beach is problematic, there are few places and booking for two days in advance is impossible, only for the next one (but everything is already booked there), it’s better to do it at night after 24:00 right away. Two towers - one hotel with transfer included, the second tower of apartments without transfer, however, people from the apartments manage to run ahead of everyone and take up seats on the bus and others from the hotel do not have enough seats when going to the jbr beach. There’s also a bird’s nest right above the entrance to the hotel, it dived into my head twice and all the workers saw it and shrugged. Breakfast and lunch are good! Water in the room is constantly replenished free of charge. Room 0414 is damp and cold, the floor in the bathroom is cold like in an operating room, they turned off the air conditioning and opened the window to warm up. Neighbors say, knowing about this problem of rooms, they asked for rooms higher, about the 20th floor and above, they are better there. There are many grocery stores nearby, which is a plus. You can walk to the metro, but you can also take a shuttle to the Emirates Mall and get on the metro straight from the Mall. Hot water tends to run out at lunchtime when the hotel's consumption is high. It's easy to find yourself lathered under cold water.

Opposite Museum of the future and near metro station. Very convenient. I think I booked a non-smoking room but they gave me a smoking room. Also, the shower water goes out from the bathtub and the floor would be wet all over. For its location, I would still stay again.

If I have to think of a place I can call home in Dubai, this is one of the top 3 that fits the bill! Everything here has a welcoming warmth, right from the reception to housekeeping. Fahad, Livingston, and rest of the concierge team never hesitate to help you. Darlene in the sales team and everyone at reception always have a smile on their face. Mohd Riyas and his housekeeping team keep your living space pleasant and your spacious, cozy rooms start looking even more relaxed! I'm coming first time millenium atria Hotel. The hotel is excellent!!! Especially thank you very much housekeeping services by Mohammed Rasel. The cleaning is very good, room is beautiful . And also like swimming pool and gym area. I like that hotel is near dubai mall and I can get there easily. Thanks to reception, they always can solve all kind of my request. And the room is very big and comfort
