Hotel berhampiran Palm views west, Dubai

I didnt spend too much time in he hotel. But in general the staff and service was superb. Actually i forgot my passport and cash in the taxi i came on. I panicked when i arrived at the hotel. But the staff was super helpful and reassuring to help me find the taxi. i was able to retrieve all my important belongings intact. Obviously gave a big tip to the cab driver and the staff who helped me.

I would recommend to pay More attention to special requests of the guests. For example I wrote in advance about the 10th anniversary (before we came to Dubai), but the reservation supervisor just ignored my email. Or better to say, I sent 2 emails, but in both answers from him - my special request was ignored. But still, We’re super happy with the restaurant! Didn’t expect such a wonderful quality of food, wonderfull choice for breakfast, very tasty dishes a-la cart, and unbelievable friendly, helpful, guest-oriented restaurant staff!!! Super attentive assistant of manager - Ester! Such a nice personality!!! Thank you to her! And to all the wonderful waters, especially to Joseph, Anne, Solomon! I also want to metnion beautiful Natasha at the front desk, who is ready to solve each issuer with a charming smile! Thank you guys, you’ve made our stay just wonderful!

Setelah beberapa kali menyemak di Ctrip, akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk menempah Hotel Palm Jumeirah Marriott. Saya tidak suka menukar hotel semasa melancong, jadi saya menginap di Marriott semasa perjalanan empat hari saya ke Dubai. Kami menempah bilik dengan pemandangan laut dan diberikan bilik di tingkat sembilan apabila kami mendaftar masuk. Ia menghadap ke Teluk Parsi dan menawarkan pemandangan laut yang tidak terhalang, yang sangat cantik. Terutamanya pertunjukan cahaya pada waktu malam, ia sangat cantik. Kami menempah pakej yang termasuk sarapan pagi dan makan malam Mungkin sarapan pagi di Hotel Mandarin Oriental Palace bertaraf lapan bintang tempat kami menginap dua hari lalu terlalu menakjubkan, jadi bufet sarapan pagi dan makan malam di Marriott tidak mempunyai banyak jenis, terutamanya buah-buahan. Tidak ada perkhidmatan Cina, tetapi pelayan sangat ramah dan sabar menjelaskan perkara berulang kali, memastikan kami faham. Menu restoran hotel hanya dalam bahasa Arab dan Inggeris, tanpa gambar, dan anda hanya boleh memesan menggunakan perisian terjemahan telefon bimbit. My 2nd hotel when I reach Dubai. This is a truly happening resorts I've seen. Every thing is here. Although it's not cheap but the room is spacious and clean. They have beach, restaurants...clubs....music...pools....every thing. Beautiful!

Good room size for a single person. Hot water did not work for few hours when I stayed there.

My husband and I had a great time during our honeymoon staying at Atlantis. We enjoyed using all the amenities such as beach, pools, and the waterpark. All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when our flight was not until late at night. We were able to get a 2 hr late check out for free, store our bags, and continue using beach/ waterpark for the remainder of the day. Highly recommend

The location is perfect, there's a shuttle bus from the resort to MOE and Dubai mall if you wish to save some for the travel expense. The food is great. I wish we could still eat more at the buffet but just got really full. The people were very helpful. I could say that the service is great actually. Keep it up guys! I would definitely recommend this resort.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous… very royal themed. The location is great on the Palm. The pool and beach area is very big. However, there are way too many kids for a hotel like this. Definitely not for a chill couple getaway :) it was a bit pricey as well but worth it.
