Hotel berhampiran Park, Dubai

Ini adalah hotel yang baru dibuka, jadi bersih dan ramah, tetapi ketika check-out, hotel meminta ujian PCR CV19, tetapi karena kurangnya komunikasi antara staf dan staf perubatan, ada masalah. Masa yang dihabiskan untuk menerima kos dan hasil tidak jelas, dan penundaan membuat pekerja marah dan seolah-olah menghindari tanggungjawab.

The hotel is ok for quick stays. The AC in the room isn't the easiest to adjust. It gets too cold at times. The bed sheet and the blanket had a few dark spots on them. However, the bed was comfy. The adjustable shower was broken, and water would be all over the toilet floor while showering. The desk chair was wobbly, and the TV channels were limited. The area is cool, as well as the view. A few improvements and the stay would be much better. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than a 3-night stay.

Bilik itu cantik. Kakitangan sangat baik semasa daftar masuk. Mesin basuh, peti sejuk, ketuhar gelombang mikro, dapur dan kemudahan lain semuanya tersedia, yang sesuai untuk penginapan jangka panjang. Kereta bawah tanah berhampiran, tetapi apabila ia datang untuk berjalan, saya merasa sukar pada musim panas. Sarapan adalah keperluan minimum. Pintu bilik sebelah barat sedang dalam pembinaan, sehingga tengah malam... Walaupun tingkap tertutup, saya agak risau dengan bunyi itu. Secara keseluruhan, saya fikir ini adalah hotel yang sangat mahal.

Place is nice and clean except that they don't provide glass mugs for the coffee.

The Hotel Rove was really great, that’s why I’m evaluating the complete staying as excellent. Great people, clean places, environment very nice, delicious breakfast. Professional Service. Warning: Only one comment and I understood this is not a part of the hotel service, nevertheless it is inside the Rove Lobby. Be careful or pay attention with the company trip “TRAVEL SAGA “the woman is offering excursions or entreteiment in Dubai, but this is not clear responsibility. We booked a Desert Safari and the reservation wasn’t respected directly in the event, because the event was organized from other different company ,we paid a lot of money and they didn’t respect the reservation of our places. You’re paying one package with this company, the driver is working by other different company and the event is also other company. If you have a problem like me , no body is responsable about that. The Woman and the Driver Zamer were completely uninterested about the problem that we had. If you have the chance to book your trips with other company is better. “TRAVEL SAGA isn’t professional company “. You will lose your money.

I stayed for one night on my own while my family joined me after a day. The bed is super comfortable and the room is lovely and spacious. The only thing I noticed is that the carpet had a stain from some type of food which was by the single seater couch. It’s not a big deal but it could have definitely been cleaned out before the next guest occupies the room. Great service and very friendly staff!

Our stay was so good. The place the ambiance is very relaxing. Good color of choice for designs in the room. Bed is so soft. You can rest very well. This hotel area is safe to stay so no worries because this area is not crowded & many people. We had a great time. I will probably book again for nedt vacation. Thanks to everyone in the hotel so friendly.

Hotel yang luar biasa. Selamat menikmati penginapan saya di sini. Tambahan: - perkhidmatan luar biasa - dari daftar masuk, restoran hingga pengemasan dan pekerja rencam - sangat bagus, cepat, cekap; terima kasih khas kepada Har **** Dhawan atas bantuan, pertolongan dan perkhidmatan reaktif yang hebat; - lokasi yang sangat baik - 5 minit dari Dubai Mall, 15 minit dari pantai Jumeirah dan Kite, 20 minit dari lapangan terbang, di tengah-tengah Business Bay yang terkenal; - pemandangan menakjubkan dari bilik, kolam renang, lif, restoran di hotel. Salah satu yang terbaik di Dubai. - katil yang sangat selesa dan bilik yang selesa; - kolam renang dan gimnasium yang sangat baik. - sarapan yang baik (mempunyai banyak pilihan - India, Cina, Barat dan lain-lain). - hotel di dalam mempunyai restoran hebat dan salah satu bar tertinggi di dunia - Vault. Mesti lawati. Kekurangan: - sedikit meningkatkan perkhidmatan semasa sarapan. Tetapi selain dari perkara kecil ini - TIDAK BOLEH DIPERLUKAN DAN WAJIB. Tidak sabar untuk kembali.

Very nicely firnished mid range hotel in an industrial area in Dubai, it's served mainly by one bus line F16 4 mins away, and Bus 7 which is 13 mins away, not the best in terms of location and accessibility as not close to any major metro or tram stations. Room is spacious and the amenities are complete, service and hospitality satisfactory and staff very attentive. The shower is excellent and has actually hot water (unlike many other midrange hotels that only really have lukewarm water with unstable temperature). Also they have a fridge that is actually functional - it keeps drinks COLD not just cool, which I really appreciate. There is a safe as well for locking away valuable items. Hotel overcharged me on my tourist tax and refunded me after the trip without me probing them (I was a little skeptical when paying this at check in as it was higher than what I'm used to for this type of on-arrival payment). They have a good buffet spread that alternates every other day, so it gets repetitive when you're staying for 3+ days more. Suggest to include a few more options. But I also saw that they do omlettes for guests from the kitchen on request. There is a supermarket that opens till 11:30pm just downstairs right beside the hotel, which is really good. Their housekeeping button system is a bit confusing. There was one day when I had the ”Do Not Disturb” button on but still had someone enter my room to do housekeeping, and I found out it was because when you take your card put from the card holder beside the door the signal will reset itself and switch itself off. Slightly disarming but I didn't lose anything and housekeeping tidied my room so I wasn't too annoyed.
