We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen with sea view. It was very well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The hotel has excellent facilities - large restaurant area, gym and swimming pool. Breakfast choice was superb. It is very well located - short walking distance to the Tram (Palm Jumeirah station) and the monorail to the Palm. Most notably are the hotel staff who were always welcoming, polite and helpful -especially Main at the hotel reception who was very helpful when we needed a doctor

Great hotel with wonderful rooms with full equipment for all the necessities (even with toaster and washing machine). Great service, tasteful breakfasts, nice staff. Especially I would like to thank wonderful receptionist Sree, she provided me with the best room available from my category with pretty view, which made my anticipated staying at the hotel even more delightful. Nice private beach in 2 minutes by walk. Also with good free wi-fi that you can connect from nearest cafes. I recommend Adagio Premium The Plam to everyone!

A very good hotel with a super professional stuff. Stayed there for 3 nights. We asked for a corner room, and we really got one, but when we entered the room there was a smell of mold, and there were noises coming from the upper floor. After i contacted the reception and complained about the above, they immediately moved us to a knew room, that was fantastic. This is the kind of service that you have to get in such high level hotels. The hotel is located in an excellent location, and it is connected to a mall, with a lot of restaurants. The room was big and very comfort, and had the all amenities that you need. This hotel is a very good choice in Dubai

I went for a two night stay and what I can say is the people the hotel everything just amazing. They helped with my luggage upon arrival to my room. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time but they readily make my room. I also checked out an hour late but they didn’t deduct anything and they were patiently waiting. Had the most delicious breakfast ever. Had an amazing pool party from 5pm to 7:30pm. I enjoyed my stay and I would still go stay in this hotel again and again

Hotel was east to get and close to Mashreq metro station. Soon as you walk in you can tell it’s a nice hotel. The check was quick, room was clean and large size. Hotel staff were very helpful and informative about breakfast and dining options. Breakfast was good value for money. Lots of options to choose from with live egg station to have what ever way you want your eggs cooked. Fried, boiled, poached, scrambled, omelette with different toppings. Only downside was there was an event on at the pool. So we couldn’t use it. They said we could enter the event but needed to pay 100 aed (£22). If not then need to go to other small pool. But was a good stay.

This is the best hotel apartment.we travel as a family both for a Bussiness and recreation everything was so cool inside the room there is everything you need from cooking supplies to washing machine everything! The front desk and every staff we met including the lifeguard in the pool side are so awesome friendly and down to earth a very welcoming ! our stay in this hotel is great it’s very near from metro station 10 minute walk from mall of emirates there shops ,super markets and affordable restaurants around we stayed for 23 days thanks Al Koory 💗

First and foremost, I must commend the outstanding service of Receptionist Nipuni. Her warm welcome and efficient assistance during check-in set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Nipuni's attention to detail and genuine care for guest satisfaction made me feel instantly at home in this elegant establishment. Her professionalism and personalized service were evident throughout my stay, making every interaction a delight.
I also want to express my gratitude to Front Office Bilal for his exemplary hospitality and impeccable service. Bilal's professionalism and dedication to ensuring a seamless guest experience were truly commendable. From handling inquiries with ease to providing valuable insights about the local area, Bilal's assistance was invaluable throughout my stay. DdyhxAlways our choice hotel in Dubai as it's convenient (right behind Financial Centre metro station, 2 stops from Dubai World Trade Centre) and fits our requirements and budget well, where we could stay together but still each have our own room and space.
Rooms are spacious, basically apartment style, so it comes with a living room, kitchenette, and our 3 bedroom apartment came with 3 bathrooms each with a toilet and there's an additional separate guest toilet.
The restaurant at the lobby, Charlie's Lane, has pretty decent food for all day dining too.

Accommodation
I stayed in one of the hotel's well-appointed rooms and was very impressed. The contemporary décor and comfortable bedding ensured a restful night. The room was spacious and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was clean and featured a large shower, which was a refreshing way to start my day.

The nerve of this hotel! After leaving an honest review about the poor service at the front desk, I was sitting in the lobby when the manager himself approached me. But instead of addressing the issue professionally, he threatened me for sharing my experience. I was shocked by the aggressive and disrespectful tone—especially towards a guest, and even more so towards a woman. If this is how they handle feedback, I can’t imagine what else goes on behind the scenes. Avoid this place at any costs.
