CITY PREMIER HOTEL APARTMENTS - Dubai *Location: (5/5) about 5mins walk from the station (Business Bay Station). 12-15AED taxi ride from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. *Reception/Check-in: (1/5) We arrived early, like 7am, and asked if we could leave our luggage as we explore the city. The hotel's official check-in is at 3pm. We were told they'll have a room ready before 3pm so we can come back around 12pm. Which we did. Past 12pm, I spoke with the same male receptionist in the morning and was told to wait as they prepared our room. And we waited. WE WAITED TILL 3PM! We wasted more than 2 hours waiting at the lobby! We had no problem coming back after 3 pm. I understand you're busy. I get it that locals have to be catered first. BUT don't tell your guests they can check in before the official time if you can't deliver. As a paying customer, IT IS ABSOLUTELY, NOT COOL. *Room: (4/5) It is spacious. 2 toilets, a washer, full kitchen. The bathroom is a bit old, but clean. The room has an IRONING BOARD, BUT NO IRON. Adapter is available upon request at the reception. They refill your bottled water in the room and make the room every day, which is a plus. *RESTAURANT: (4/5) Breakfast was OK. The staff were GREAT! They were attentive to all guests not only to selected guests. KUDOS to the crew at the restaurant. *AMENITIES: (3/5) Too bad we had limited time in Dubai. We weren't able to make use of their pool and sauna. It's on another building (parking area) accessible through a bridge. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to check the area.

The hotel is close to all downtown areas and attraction, extremely clean and spacious rooms, hotel stuff are super kind and their readiness to always help is wonderful. The room has all necessities and the breakfast buffets were excellent. I enjoyed my stay.

Difficult to review my stay cause of mixed feelings. A newly constructed hotel with a lot of functional glitches making you feel quite uncomfortable. I would say, it could serve as a case study how you shouldn't plan and construct a hotel! The people working there were very polite and helpful. Internet connection was quite fast too. Pay attention, windows are sealed! Also, to access the reception you literally have to climb and pass a steep staircase! Imagine carrying some heavy luggage! In case you intend to pass some kind of fitness test, that place is recommended 😁

Hotel ini agak lama, terdapat sekurang-kurangnya 2 kelab di tingkat pertama, bunyi bising sangat kuat pada waktu malam, dan ia akan berlangsung sehingga 4 pagi pada hujung minggu, kebanyakan tetamu adalah orang India, dan sarapan pagi juga adalah orang India. Trafik di sekitarnya adalah mudah, stesen kereta api bawah tanah terletak sejauh 3 minit, dan pusat membeli-belah yang besar serta pasar raya Carrefour berjarak 5 minit jauhnya

The best hotel experience I could ever ask for! The staff, the food, the people and their smile and hospitality was 10/10. I want to give a shout out to Auldi and Prabin for taking care of us and the room spotless! They are the best and we will stay here because of them! I love Al Seef Heritage by Hilton! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were transported to a world straight out of the Aladdin movie. The old Dubai style was simply breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and refreshed, offering us a cold hibiscus drink and a chilled towel to beat the heat. The personal cabby service to our building was a delightful surprise, and we were amazed to see the entire complex is part of the Al Seef hotel. The room was nothing short of stunning, with a vintage charm that made it hard to leave the incredibly comfortable bed. A special shout-out to our favorite staff members, Ceasar and Sangkita. Sangkita's energetic and impeccable service on the phone always made us feel comfortable, and our requests were handled with ease. Laxime from the reception also made us feel incredibly welcomed and to Ceasar, who made our stay even more memorable. The complimentary cabby service that took us around Al Seef was the icing on the cake! We can't wait to come back in the winter to fully immerse ourselves in the magic of this place. I strongly advise against visiting during the scorching summer months, as it might not do justice to the old Dubai experience. All in all, our stay was simply fantastic!

My room was new renovated, all was well, check-in fast. Little complain, the drain in the shower was clogged and the water flooded the bathroom. Apart from that, it was not my first and not my last stay.

The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

As always amazing. Got a nicer room this time, 4th floor sea view. Now they have one another restaurant open, really good for dinners, with grilled seafood. Loved it a lot! As well from previous visit other change is they opened the other back side of hotel with nicer pools, at the place where new restaurant located. That side is quiet and beautiful.
