Hotel berhampiran Wheel of Stars, Dubai

I have been living in Expo for several months and having lived in Dubai in different locations, I can say one thing for sure that the price / quality and logistics are one of the best. Cleaning twice a week with the replacement of everything,a large swimming pool,a new and functional hall, very responsive staff,large Parking and everything is practically new. Thank you so much for the cleanliness in our room Ishwori and Kamal

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Metro is also nearby. The staffs are quite helpful and amiable. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with beautiful view and excellent service. They have good amenities. The buffet was great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Very clean room and bathroom, good location, near downtown, hotel has shuttle to Dubai mall and beach 3 times in day Breakfast was good and complete but restaurant was very busy, The pool area is very beautiful and big and good bar, only the pool wasn't very clean The lobby of hotel are big and good design but the carpet needs to change or washing Staff are helpful

Kami menempah penginapan di Dubai untuk meraikan hari lahir saya, dengan harapan dapat menikmati masa berkualiti bersama-sama dengan kakak saya. Apabila tiba, kami disambut mesra oleh En. Rodel, yang membantu kami dengan bagasi kami. Dia sangat sopan dan akomodatif, membuatkan kami berasa dialu-alukan dari awal lagi. If you intend to stay at Palm Jumeirah the entire duration, the location would make sense. If you're going in and out of Palm Jumeirah, then be prepared for some traffic during peak hours or even to the point of not being able to book a taxi when you need to get out! Amenities were not replenished daily - toothbrush, razors, for example. We had to ask each day. Kinda odd for a hotel. Service crew were polite and helpful - especially at breakfast! Cafe crew was also excellent. My 11-year old went to Ripples Bar to get a scoop of vanilla ice cream one eveing and the wait staff at the Ripples Bar, told her, its a treat for little children on Christmas Day, which made her day! Kudos for that! We were hoping for a high floor - with a view but we were on the 3rd floor with a partially blocked view (we saw most of a balcony top) despite paying for a sea view.

I have been a loyal guest at ALL(Accor) for several years, but my recent stay was quite disappointing, and a significant departure from the high standards I have come to expect. Upon arrival, I faced a frustrating delay in check-in. Despite having called the hotel beforehand to confirm my booking, I was made to wait until 4:00 PM to get into my room. This was particularly inconvenient as I had a long journey and needed to freshen up before a scheduled event. Adding to the frustration, a special request I made a week prior to my stay was completely ignored. When I brought this up at the front desk, not only did they claim they had no record of my request, but the manager's response was surprisingly rude and dismissive. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was deeply disappointing. The problems did not end there. The checkout process was equally cumbersome and time-consuming. It took much longer than it should have, adding unnecessary stress to the end of my trip. Overall, my recent experience at Mercure Mina Gold was far below par. The combination of delayed check-in, unacknowledged special requests, and an inefficient checkout process overshadowed the positive experiences I've had here in the past. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to restore the quality of service that regular guests like myself expect and deserve. Until then, I regret to say that I will be reconsidering my options for future stays.

”My second stay at Hotel Al Khoory was excellent! The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient. Highly recommended for a great experience!

Value for money. Your stay in Dubai need not be expensive. The excellent service, free breakfast and amenities are worth every penny paid. Very near the airport with complimentary bus service if you have long layover. Have stayed here 3x. Recommended!

The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!
