Hotel berhampiran Zabeel Park, Dubai

I am the regular customer who using this hotel services... They providing So many Bars and Massage Parlours. Today January 15th morning 02.45 am I JUST CAME TO VISIT THEIR SOUTH INDIAN DANCE BAR WITH KERALA TRADITIONAL DRESS. UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THEIR MAIN ENTRANCE'S SECURITY GUARD IS BLOCKED ME AND HE BEHAVED LIKE I AM A BEGGAR. AND HE INSULT ME REGARDING MY TRADITIONAL DRESS, Because he said the reason is UAE Hotel Law is not allowing to enter with a kerala traditional dress. I Don't know is the UAE Hotel law banned kerala tradional dress or He Don't like me because of my dress code. When he talked like this nonsens, i just told him its fine and i am going back. After that when i am meeting one of my friend, he just came and said like I WILL ALLOW YOU TO ENTER, JUST GO AND SIT IN THE CORNER OF THAT DANCE BAR. How he is telling like that, this hotel is serving this with free of cost ??? If there is any dought they can check their CCTV Cameras. I don't know why this hotel management is hating kerala people this much !!! Every body knows this hotel condition and what are the activites are going there. I am not the person to publish their Dirty Activities, but Don't behave like this to anyone. Thank you for the Bad Morning

The ambience, the location, the staff are good and had a very peaceful stay. The connectivity from the hotel to the city is very good, we can opt for metro also which is nearby few meters away. The breakfast is excellent I can say which clearly depicts the food type, weather it is Veg, Nuts, Dairy, etc.

I have been a loyal guest at ALL(Accor) for several years, but my recent stay was quite disappointing, and a significant departure from the high standards I have come to expect. Upon arrival, I faced a frustrating delay in check-in. Despite having called the hotel beforehand to confirm my booking, I was made to wait until 4:00 PM to get into my room. This was particularly inconvenient as I had a long journey and needed to freshen up before a scheduled event. Adding to the frustration, a special request I made a week prior to my stay was completely ignored. When I brought this up at the front desk, not only did they claim they had no record of my request, but the manager's response was surprisingly rude and dismissive. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was deeply disappointing. The problems did not end there. The checkout process was equally cumbersome and time-consuming. It took much longer than it should have, adding unnecessary stress to the end of my trip. Overall, my recent experience at Mercure Mina Gold was far below par. The combination of delayed check-in, unacknowledged special requests, and an inefficient checkout process overshadowed the positive experiences I've had here in the past. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to restore the quality of service that regular guests like myself expect and deserve. Until then, I regret to say that I will be reconsidering my options for future stays.

It was amazing stay , very neat and clean rooms . Location also near bus station, metro station very nice . especially thanks to Ms. John lean from front office , very polite , and smile always , giving right information about the rooms and hotel. Keep it up .

A great hotel with great staff, food and gym! We had an event in the conference centre and they took exceptional care of us! Special mention to Advil who always was welcoming and to care of me at breakfast!!! All of the staff were kind and accommodating! Hope to return soon

Kapal hotel terletak di pelabuhan Rashid. Cara terbaik untuk ke sana adalah dengan teksi. Hotel ini menyediakan 3 pemindahan: pantai La Mer, Dubai Mall, Al Ghubaiba (metro, persiaran bersejarah, pusat membeli-belah). Pada waktu pagi adalah sukar untuk menghubungi teksi kakitangan hotel membantu dengan masalah ini. Untuk 50 dirham anda boleh mengambil bahagian dalam lawatan kapal, atau anda boleh berjalan-jalan sendiri dan melihat pameran muzium. Restoran, bar. Di dek bawah terdapat gim dan kolam renang mini. This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.
