Ulasan Leonardo Hotel Dublin Parnell Street

Hotel reception is nothing attractive. Reason why hotel does not have any exterior pictures on any media is clear. Area is nothing special and nice although centrally located. Receptionist was really helpful and friendly. Room renovated and clean but smell from the ventilation system is really disgusting. Maintenance team should fix it otherwise you will lose customers. I would definitely not come again.

Great location, the staff was all friendly, breakfast was excellent, room was big and really clean with everything we needed , will definitely stop here again

Fantastic location and customer service they made my 15 year old’d night as he had a small sweet platter after a long day and night of exploring the city☺️

Second time staying in this hotel. The location is South of the river but only 15mins walk to most tourist attractions, Guinness Storehouse, Dubhlinn Gardens and Temple Bar. The hotel is clean with plenty of staff to assist and breakfast is plentiful. Can be busy on a weekend but that is like any hotel in Dublin City Centre. The hotel is just round the corner from the Aircoach bus stop for travel to and from the airport.

We had a pleasant stay at the Leonardo Hotel on Parnell Street. Though we couldn’t check in a couple of hours early upon our noon arrival, late in the evening when we checked in, we appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter—balloons, chocolates, and wine were a lovely touch. The room was clean and quite spacious, with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The central location is excellent for exploring the area. The hotel’s lobby decorated for Christmas made the place looking festive. We’re hoping to enjoy the breakfast before we check out!

The hotel in a great location and room was big and clean but from around midnight we had the most revolting smell of sewerage in our bathroom and it got worse through the night to the point that we left the hotel at 8.30am as we couldn't bear the smell anymore we did report this to reception on check out as it needs investigating as it was putrid

Everything was enjoyable from start to finish, helpful friendly staff, and cleaners. Breakfast was very filling, Central to the shops and public transport.I will definitely be staying again.

A nice clean pleasant hotel and it is located in the very center of the city, within walking distance to the sights of Dublin. I am very satisfied and can recommend it

Great location, some staff were excellent, others not so good. Hook on the back of the bathroom door had been ripped off and although I asked twice that maintenance replaced it, noone bothered to come, meaning there was nowhere to hang a toilet bag in a small bathroom. Handy supermarkets right next to the hotel, and plenty of choice of restaurants nearby. Rooms at the back a little noisy as there is a waste disposal centre. 

Well if they had let me cancel or amend the booking to another date when the ferries were all cancelled. May have been able to give a correct review. But £360 down so not feeling very kind towards them
