The hotel is in an excellent location. Many shops, pubs, tourist attractions and restaurants are near by. Public transit also makes it easy to get to and from the hotel. One towel was dirty and the tissues looked as they had been used. In an effort to safe the amount of toiletries used the hotel has bottles of soap and shampoo invaded. This made it difficult to use. The breakfast was nice and the staff at the restaurant were efficient and helpful.

Great location, bar and service desk staff. The stay was not pleasant, we had construction work on the room above ours starting from 8am until 6pm including Saturday and Sunday. The room is dated, the shower has no water pressure and the sink needs unplugging as the water takes ages to go down. We needed to extend our stay and opted to book another hotel nearby. The water pressure in the shower is a BIG NO NO nowadays. The carpet was old and stained. Hotel is listed as 4*, definitely a 3* with a push. Would not stay again.

Great location. Excellent reception service. Friendly and helpful. Aga on reception was lovely and informative and always had a smile for us. Lovely breakfast. Eat as much as you like. Very good choice. Rooms spacious and clean. Only very little issue very heavy fire door on the bathroom!! 🥵

The hotel is in very central location, near to the Temple bar and a lot of other attractions. The room is basic, not much facilities at all but is sufficient. Will consider others if the price is the same.

We had a continual loss of electricity due to some unknown overload in rooms 220 and 222 unplugged coffee heaters and cleared the problem Evening manager was very helpful.

Rooms could do with a bit of a make over. Was grand for the night but wouldn't want a longer stay there. Just a it old and in need of a refresh.

Spotlessly clean, tea & coffee making facilities in room, bath, iron & ironing board, perfect!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room spacious. Sofa bed not so comfortable but for one night it was ok. Usually we get a room with a double and a regular single bed not a sofa bed. Location brilliant for us for meeting clients and car parking on site is brilliant. Bar staff very slow though.

The hotel is across Christchurch. It is near bus stops very convenient location for travelers

We were upgraded to an executive suite but the room was still very small. The doors are very heavy so lots of banging through the night when people were coming going. Otherwise an ideal hotel for a quick stop over.
