loved my stay there and just wanna say thank you for the hospitality. I made new friends and met old friends from there. The staff were so nice and I had a fantastic chat with my roomies. I had a roomie from England, Manchester but we didn't share contacts. I would be happy to be in touch. In case he's still there, please share my email address with him. I also played table tennis with 4 amazing friends from Spain on Thursday evening. They were so lovely. I left before sharing contacts. Just in case my email is *********************** and I'd be happy to stay there again really soon. I'll also recommend my friends.

A lot of people’s cards malfunctioned the morning of check out (before 10am) and it was annoying to have to go down to reception to fix our cards and we are rushing to check out. Otherwise, it was a nice stay

Beds are okay a little awkward to climb up in and out of them, food is expensive but entertainment wise it’s great

We had a great stay at Generator Dublin! We booked a private room with a small private bathroom for six people, and it worked really well for our group. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming (welcome drinks included) and the location made it easy to explore Dublin. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Poor air conditioning! The room was too warm, and the window was too small! The service was good though!!

The bedding was clean and comfortable, but the shower was very basic and not properly cleaned. There was visible mould along the edge of the shower basin.

Terrible hygiene - no hygiene standards at all, moldy bathrooms. No ventilation in rooms People have sex in hostel beds Staff is careless, oblivious to danger etc First time, but never again, the only good thing here is the central location.

Oh my gosh. If you can't sleep with big bright exit light, do not book it here. It is so bright that some of the others also lost some sleep. The hostel was nice enough to change bed for me once but it was still so horrible. I couldn't sleep at all.

Not bad for a one-night stay. The bathrooms and showers are clean and comfortable.

Very expensive hostel where every little service costs extra. Noisy rooms and no daily cleaning of the private bathroom. Music playing at all hours, very loud doors, and people constantly coming and going in the lounge.

Adequate place to stay at the right price. Upgraded from an 8-bed to 6-bed and check in via kiosk was relatively straightforward. The hostel itself is quite sizeable and the hallways can be easy to get lost in. We found the service from staff to be hit or miss, with many staff being friendly and accommodating while one staff member was exceptionally rude and abrupt with us and other guests too (despite having no complaint, just a simple request).
