This is a standard breakfast and board accommodation rather than a hotel per se. The location is centrally located in the city and the main attractions are within walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable however the hotel is in the city centre so if your room is in the basement section of the hotel as I was, it can be a little noisy with passersby however it was not a huge problem for me and slept quite well. Breakfast was reasonable and the staff are quite friendly. Overall, suitable for few nights stay

We paid £800 for two nights for a family room with a double and two singles. Positives: Comfy beds, quiet, clean, warm, spacious Negatives: Area not the best of Dublin, although we never felt unsafe or threatened. Just a bit dirty and run down. I'd chosen this hotel to spoil my wife, but stepping outside and turning the corner, the area was littered and cheap shops surround. Rubbish view from window for price of room. Had to keep curtains closed so that those in rooms directly opposite couldn't peer in, for that reason it felt like night time whilst we were in room. No window in bathroom. Soap dispensers in plush bathroom were useless, pump action faulty on all four, the dispensers in bath shower were so high up,it was difficult to have a bath without standing up every 10 seconds. Quite what the second loo roll dispenser was doing across the other side of bathroom, I'll never know. .

I stayed in a 4 bed mixed dormitory. Beds were very clean, and there waa enough space to store my travel belongings. There was no noise from other rooms, and the shower and toilet inside the room was clean and functional too. 15 to 20 minute walk to Temple Bar, another 10 minute from Temple Bar to Trinity Collegr. Had no problem walking from the accomodation to other points of interests in Dublin. Overall, a great value for travellers. Tip: Do reserve breakfast. The bread is warm if you go in the opening hour, and you can eat enough to last for both breakfast AND lunch while walking all day. Save the lunch budget for better dinner.

Location is excellent. Room size is reasonable. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Everything was good except our room was next to a big pub called the Living Room. They run every day until 2:30 am. The beat was soooo loud that even I was wearing the ear plugs, my body could feel the vibration. It’s really annoying . Besides this everything was excellent

we had a night away from kids and decided to stay here as it was good price Really nice Inn..very modern and clean, location is spot on..our room was very compact, but clean..downside is the NOISE! Once I seen wooden floors I knew it'd be noisy..cleaners were hoovering the room above us very early,must have been 7am and it was like they were in our room! Then they knocked on our room at 8:30 for room service.(forgot to leave thingy in door).no chance of a lie in,you could hear them going room to room then😔

Really enjoy my stay in this friendly hotel . Very comfortable and clean with excellent service and staff . Great location too . Easy access to all Dublin has to offer

We had a 24-hour layover in Dublin on the way back from Italy, and this was the cheapest place we could find, and it was ridiculously expensive for what it was. I'm not sure what was happening in Dublin that night, but all accommodations were crazy expensive. Tiny room, tiny bed and tiny shower. Breakfast cost extra so we went somewhere else. It is located near all the main tourist sights and is easy to get to and from the airport on the bus. They allowed us to store our luggage the next day after check-out and before we left for the airport. It was fine for our purposes, but if I was spending more than one night in Dublin I would find something else.
