The campsite is ok but not that well maintained. For that it is too expensive. You can use the hotel's pool and beach which is really nice and amazing but quite a walk away. If it was closer I would give it a 4 star rating. We actually ended up at the wrong pool on the 1st day but got to stay there anyway as the Vlamar staff didn't know:) The pet friendliness (as often) is a bit misleading because NONE of the beaches allow dogs so what are you supposed to do with your dog? Sightseeing in Dubrovnik? This is obviously not the campsite's fault but lots of campsites, hotels in the area advertise as pet friendly while the region is not! There is a tiny, dirty dog "beach" in the harbour but if you are (like us) a family with kids and dog you won't pay prime campsite or hotel prices to spend your vacation there. Afterwards we actually drove on for 4 weeks going through many Eastern and South european countries and our big dog shared the beautiful beaches of lakes and the sea (in Slowenia, Albania, Monte***** and Greece) together with children, adults, other dogs and sometimes ducks and it wasn't a problem. I do not understand why dogs need to be excluded from most beaches. I totally understand if there are some dog free beaches for the dog haters but this general exclusion of dogs from beaches is beyond my understanding and I hope that the nxt generation will be more relaxed about this.

Receptionist are very kind and they gave us lots of tips! It's worth coming for sure! Dubrovnik is very beautiful, it's easy to get there by bus that goes every 10 min from the main road which is 5 min walk from the campside.

Check in took long with only two People behind the desk. Very polite during check in. The campsite itself at the Pool needs renovation. The litlle childten cannot use the Pool unfortinately. Is dry 🤪

Good camping site to visit the old city Dubrovnik from. Personal is very friendly, pitches are perfect, you can choose yourself we’re you want to stand. Sanitary is clean. One minor comment, due to the location of the sanitary, if you stand close to the beach, it’s quite a walk to the sanitary, especially for the chemical toilet disposal. Very positive, there is a small dog beach with dog shower close by. Our dog loved it. Costs okay, just under 90€ for 2 nights. We took our bike (because we have a dog and that is not allowed in the bus) into the old city and that is less then 20 minutes. We would go here again.

I must say I read a couple of reviews, that were very negative…. I have no idea why !! The staff at reception were really nice and helpful, You just pick your own pitch, first come first served perfect, You might say a little more expensive, This is Dubrovnik!! We thought it was brilliant, Electric hook up, water included, shows , toilet , great beach 3 minutes walk , etc , Brilliant to visit the town , Thank you , From Gill & Tony Skingle ( England) Strongly recommend you ask the price of drinks at the beach bar Copa cabana £8 for a small beer!!! Now that’s wrong

The peach was really clean and comfortable. Service was great and stuff was really friendly and professional. We’ve felt welcomed from the moment that we’ve booked our stay and at the day of our arrival we’ve been greeted with the personal letter by a camp manager. During our stay at Camp Solitudo there was also a need for repair at our peach which was done immediately after we’ve reported it to the receptionist. Toilets were really clean and maintained with the cleaning stuff covered in shifts during the whole day. Store was attached to the camp entrance, covering working hours even over national holidays and with good supply. Copacabana beach was 5 minutes walk down the hill from the camp site as well as Valamar resort pool complex. Location of the camp is perfect, inside of the natural habitation of traditional Mediterranean trees and close to the City and other attractions in Dubrovnik. Taxis are available and well connected to the camp, as well as the public transportation which might be a bit crowded but not so much cheaper when you’re using it as a group. We were traveling as a family and were enjoying Maro’s World, which as professionals and parents we give special respect and recommendations for families with children.

Good place to visit old Dubrovnik, not all sites have shade so pick up accordingly. Facilities are clean and comfortable and staff are friendly. I found the clothes washing machine and dryer are expensive (7 euros each)

The reception staff was amazing, wery kind and polite, they explained everything and made sure we enjoy our stay. The people around the camp are nice too, cleaning stuff and gardeners. Would recomend anytime

Everything was great. Receptionist Domagoj was so professional and kind. Manager of reception Ivona was so kind to us. We have a great vacation in camp Sunny Solitudo. It is big camping with many great places for parking you car and you can choose your place.
