Sejujurnya saya tidak pernah menulis ulasan tetapi selepas hari pertama kami di sini, saya juga berasa terpaksa selepas semua ulasan negatif yang saya baca sebelum ini sebelum ketibaan saya. Kami mempunyai pengalaman yang menakjubkan setakat ini. Kami tiba untuk mendaftar masuk kira-kira jam 3 petang (hanya satu jam lebih awal) sebaik tiba di cek, saya diberitahu bilik kami belum siap lagi tetapi mereka akan menghubungi saya secepat mungkin. Dalam masa yang diambil untuk berjalan keluar ke kereta dan masuk ke tempat letak kereta, saya menerima panggilan telefon yang mengatakan bilik itu sudah siap. Perkhidmatan loceng sangat mengagumkan. Lelaki yang membantu saya dengan 2 anak saya sangat baik dan membantu. Dia membawa kami terus ke bilik kami dengan barang-barang kami. Semua kakitangan di sini memakai topeng dan semua orang perlu memakai topeng di lobi dan di dalam rumah kecuali di kawasan kolam atau semasa duduk makan. Kami menghabiskan waktu petang di kolam renang. Kami tidak mempunyai masalah untuk mendapatkan kerusi. Kami memutuskan untuk makan malam di restoran Angler dan Ale di hartanah. Kami menaiki trem ke sana yang sangat disukai oleh anak-anak saya! Makanan di restoran itu sedap! Apabila kami kembali ke bilik, saya perasan tirai gelap tidak ditutup sepenuhnya, saya memanggil meja depan dan dalam masa 5-10 minit lelaki penyelenggaraan muncul untuk membaikinya untuk kami!! Kami mempunyai masa terbaik dan saya tidak sabar untuk menikmati baki hujung minggu di sini!! Sangat mengesyorkan. Jangan percaya semua yang anda baca. Pasti datang dan alami sendiri tempat yang indah ini!!

$25/day resort fee due at check-in. The AC units shut themselves off after some undetermined amount of run-time. Had to keep flipping the breaker to get the AC to run. Temp never got to the setpoint and because it didn't run long enough, it never sucked the humidity out of the room.
Room was clean. Parking lot was crowded.

What an amazing Gem in the Florida Keys. I've been traveling around the world a few times over and this place is a new favorite. Staff, location, and the scenery was on point. Planning to go back there again soon because it was such a nice stay and Vegas is very cold during this time.
